Awesome stand on a budget
I needed a double stand so I could hunt with my son but didnt have $300+ so I rolled dice on this one and it is awesome! It isnt going to be a luxury stand by any means and some components are a touch cheesy but for the price it goes together easy and works great for us thats why it got 5 stars! Seat was tricky to put together and is extremely weird how they have it and 11mm wrench is really weird for assembly but those are my only real complaints, but again for under $200 its a 5 star product all day. would definitely purchase again!!!!

Happy with end result
Little bit of a process to assemble, especially in the rain but once complete I was happy with the end result. Very comfortable seating and I felt safe and secured.

Rickety, Noisy, Missing Parts, Junk, Uncomfortable - Don't waste your money
I have used and assembled many, many ladder stands. This particular stand is unusual in that it is, by far, the the worst ladder stand I have ever used. To start with, there were missing bolts and fasters. Then a nice cut on my hand where the welding wire was not trimmed properly. There's nothing like a little piece of wire stuck in my hand to make me feel good. I found that little jewell during assembly. So I got some wire cutters and start trimming all the welding wire that they did not cut off. JUNK Then I tried try to figure out the directions. Just throw them out. Phrases like "Must be attached to receivers on the middle ladder section." What receivers? Is there a detailed picture? No. Is there an obvious attachment place? No. Is there something in the parts list? No. Did I eventually figure it out? Maybe. Either way, it's indicative of very poor attention to detail. Later, when I first climbed the stand, I found the last wire stub I didn't cut off, because I managed to stick it into my finger. It's always nice to get hurt by a tree stand, and instills a lot of confidence in the rest of it. There are these little "safety sleeves" that fit over the leg joints. You and the deer will never forget they are there because every time you climb or descend the the ladder you will hear them rattle and clank. All the way up and all the way down. So get some electrical tape and tape them quiet. Why are they on there anyway? I've NEVER seen these devices on a higher quality ladder stand. Is it because the joints aren't strong enough without them? Thats reassuring. JUNK. The ratchet strap is about the lowest quality I've seen in awhile. It looks like it came from the lowest bidder. One look at it, and I knew I had to go back and put a real ratchet strap on. CHEAP JUNK. Once I finally got in in the field, and placed agains the tree, which wasn't easy due to the 5 foot too short pull up straps, I climbed up and was pleasantly surprised to find that since it was a two man ladder stand, they had put a metal cross bar right down the middle of the seat, so if ONE person wanted to sit in the middle then they were going to get a steel bar right between the old butt checks. Needless to say, very UNCOMFORATBLE. So the only option is to sit on either side of the cross bar, so now instead of one person siting in a spacious two man stand, due to the crossbar, I have a cramped 1 man stand, because I have to either sit on the left or right hand side. If I want to sit in the middle, I better bring a hemorrhoid cousin. WHAT A PIECE OF GARBAGE. To top it off, the folding top bar is too low to safely fold out of the way when exerting or exiting. So it has to be down when getting in and our, so I have turn contort and enter the stand by crawling under it, which kind of defeats the purpose of a movable ladder stand. POOR DESIGN. I would send this back to Amazon for a refund, but I'm not going to waste any more time taking it down and disassembling it, reboxing etc. I've already spent too much time messing with it, assembling it, getting stabbed by it, trying to figure out the directions, wasting time putting it up in a tree just to find its the most uncomfortable stand I've ever sat in. I think I will just drive by it with the tractor, rip it off the tree and throw it in the lake for a fish attractor. Thats about all it is good for.

Great bang for the buck stand.
Start with the bad, bolt kit, horrible. Did not match the instructions which made assemble tougher than neccesary. Im handy still got it done in about an hour and a half with my parts. And yes upgraded steel. Install was easy. Slapped it on a big pine and will be adding cup and trinket holders, pool noodle backing an dsee how long the seat lasts, will replace with boat style padded seat. Gunna be lots of fun out there.

Great stand for the price.
The stand is well-made. It was easy to put assemble and the instructions are easy to follow. You’ll definitely want a buddy to help install it, but it goes up pretty easy. The seats are comfortable and gives plenty of room. The only thing I don’t like is that the rail is too high shoot a compound bow from a seated position. Overall, it’s a good deal. I’ll probably get another one.

Easy to assemble, very comfortable to sit in, I bought a second one and probably going to order the third one, the only thing I don’t like is its made in china

BIG GAME 1-Person Ladder Tree Stand my reviews
Get the 1.5 man stand if at all posable. The gun rail is adjustable (not so on this model) I usually have crossbow sitting on rail and lap, but gun rail is way to high to do that. So, if deer comes directly in front you will have a problem getting crossbow in position for a shot without raising the gun rail. When the gun rail is up its really a tight fit with my shoulders (almost uncomfortable) Not sure if I should leave it up or down (like the down position just to make me feel more safe) Cons: Too many long bolts and not enough shorter ones, no plugs for end of open end tubes, not able to adjust gun rail, when rail is up tight fit with shoulders (not a big guy either) Pros: Easy to assemble, Lightweight, quick shipping, stable when put up correctly.

Nice ladder stand
Good stand. a little lighter than the same stand with a solid metal bench seat. Putting the seat together can be a bit difficult. Not a 1 person job

Self assembly and the manufacturer did not provide adequate measurements for seat bar. My husband has to take it into shop and manually trim down to fit the seat as I believe they didn't account for the mesh sewn seams. So it will not fit over the support bar without grinding off and possibly re welding it. Very disappointed as this was a gift for our youngest. And can nit be set ul until we work out this technicality.

The product itself wasn't in too bad of shape other than several scratches which make it appear to be used and NOT new. The packaging was ripped and the box was opened so I had to check to see if all parts were there and they appear to be but I won't know until it's assembled. I'm very displeased with the used condition and the length of time it took to get it delivered it was 10 day's later then expected.

When it arrived the box looked like it was ran over with a truck it was opened on one end and holes all through the box
