Good so far, better than liquid for me.
I have been using this for about one week and it seems to be working. I found extra minerals reduce leg cramp and restless leg symptoms for me. I have used a liquid mineral supplement in the past but felt it was hard to be consistent with the dose. I chose this pill form so the dose would be the same each day.
