How do you stick this on the table

It brings these Velcro stickers and the skirt has a Velcro strip that sticks to the Velcro stickers the stickers you line it up around the rims of the table from one side all the way through the front and til the other side, if your going to use a table cloth to cover the top of the table then you need to put the tablecloth first then stick on the velcro strips that that is provided on the front rim of the table
