I am in love with this hammock! It is super easy to set up in walks right into place. You can also usually adjust it to make it higher. The material is pretty good, but I wouldn’t leave it out in the rain. I think that it has a great value for your money money considering the price of other hammocks. It is very light, but it holds a great amount of weight. Another detail that I love is that you can button the pillow to the hammock so that it doesn’t fall off. Overall, it is great quality and a beautiful hammock.😊❤️

I was a little worried about purchasing a canvas hammock with spreader bars. Up until now, the only hammocks I've used have either been canvas without the bars, so they make more like a banana shape, or rope hammocks with the bars. This type of hammock definitely requires a little more skill and balance than the others because it doesn't envelope you, but after a little practice, it was quite comfortable. However, if you already have difficulty getting into and out of, or staying stable in other hammock types, I'd be wary of this kind. This particular one is a pretty good deal. It shipped quickly and is comfortable. It fits perfectly on my 12 foot hammock stand. (I already had one and did not purchase the stand with the hammock.) The quality is mediocre, as others have mentioned. Mine had a little paint chip off the spreader bar, some uneven stitching, and quite a few long thread ends. But, if you want a really nice one then don't expect to pay this little for it. I've only had it a couple weeks so I can't attest to its durability yet. Someone else mentioned the wind issue, and yes, this thing does catch the wind! On one particularly windy day it ended up dragging my whole hammock stand like a sailboat. So now when it's particularly windy I just go out and unhook one side of it so it no longer acts like a big sail. Overall I would recommend this if you're looking for a comfortable and cheap hammock.

Good Quality! Very large and great for two people. The stand I currently own does not work as it is two small. But I have two trees that I can attach it to. I just nee to purchase the hooks as they do not come with as was avertised.

UPDATE: The sellers contacted me and offered me a full refund. So if this doesn’t seem like a common problem then maybe it’s worth it knowing there’s a chance they’ll refund you if it doesn’t hold up. (Adding an extra star since they reached out) Has not held up well. It’s still holding on, but it looks like the wood has molded unless someone else knows what all the black is. I’ll try to add a picture later. It was great support when we used it and easy to attach to our hammock stand, and fit two of us pretty well. Just didn’t even last a couple months before it started getting mold all over it (I believe). We leave it outside, so maybe it’s not meant to be left outside? I’m not sure but personally I would find something better suited for an outdoor environment year round.

The hammock was great during the first summer season. I babied this thing. I never left it out in the rain and always put it away after each use, trying to make it last as long as possible. The following summer, it ripped at the ends after the first use that year. Not very durable, especially for the price. I looked for a long time to find a hammock for my stand. The stand used to belong to my dad, which my mom purchased for his birthday one year. He gave it to me as he could not use it anymore. I cherish it as he passed away in 2020. So, my point is I am very disappointed that this hammock did not hold up so I could enjoy my dad's gift.

very pleased with our new hammock. fabric is soft, stretcher bars appear strong, fits the old stand we had from original hammock (measure carefully if you buy a new hammock swing, not the stand) and installs in seconds. Perfecto! Only thing missing is my martini and a nap, but those will arrive tomorrow.

I love the hammock. It is very durable and works well for heavy weighted people would recommend to anybody.

Good quality hammock, nicely finished, pretty blue striped fabric, sturdy hardwood bars. The attached pillow is very generous. The fabric seems durable and easily repels dust and falling forest debris. However, that same slick surface means that you need to take extra care getting in and out of the hammock. It’s hard to stop sliding around and once in, you will inevitably slide to the lowest point. I think we will eventually adjust and for the price, it’s definitely worth 4 stars.
