These are very absorbant. However watch the sizes. We were using an XXL but they were a little to roomy. Ordered a package or XL and wow! They are very much smaller and if you tend to be happy or have anything but flat backside the XL will not come up all the way in the back! We used them with slightly tearing the sides.

These briefs are far and above anything I have been able to find. They are very absorbent adult briefs even for overnight so that you aren’t changing your client every few minutes. They wick moisture away from the skin very well. I’ve not had issues with skin breakdown. I love that this company also makes them in XS if you need them. They are true to size, strong, comfortable and fit well under clothing without too much bulk. I hope they never stop making these.

Bought these for my sweetheart who has Alzheimers. These are perfect for all night wear. He's unable to verbalize and he's had accidents. These have been proven to absorb and prevent leakage. It's important that his private is centered to prevent leakage. I'm so happy I found these as I've tried so many others. I use Depends 12 hr. Protection with the blue center for him during the day and LivDry Ultimate absorbency for him at night. Hope this Helps 🙏

Gold large amount of fluid over many hours fit well

I bought these for my father who needed front & back support in a pull up. He really likes these. They fit him great and I will continue to order. They are a bit more pricey but worth it - you don’t get this type of protection in a store bought product

They fit better than other products I have used. Too bad they don't come in a set like the others and I also find them a little expensive.

This is the best product i have found for my mother. No leaks. More expensive, yes; but worth every darn penny! As a Registered Nurse I have even recommended these to callers who also have elderly parents struggling with incontinence. I have delivered right to her care facility.

These absorb well but the small left a ridge mark in my husband`s waist. The medium`s leg opening is too big so there is more leakage. I wish these companies could come up with better sizing to fit more people properly. It`s not like these products are inexpensive either.
