Sound quality is good. There is no extra bass effect. Noise cancellation is also okok. Packaging and quality is good.

Was tired of using the same plain black and white earphones. So thought of giving these a try. They look good and come is a nice packaging. Build quality is good and finishing is clean and proper. Sound quality is top notch as well. The fact that the manufacturer has given extra earplugs makes the day because otherwise it gets difficult to find replacements in case you lose them (and yeah you do lose them over time). I like this Red and Black design and it goes with most of the clothing in general. The volume rocker is quite apple like and is smooth. A good change overall and something that sets the trend. Now, I'm actually thinking about having more designer stuff, not just in earphones but other things as well. Why settle for plain and simple.

Don't buy this product just looking at its low price for a braided earphone. The braids are of poor quality. Got it replaced the first time I bought it, then the braids on the replaced product also didn't even for a month. The braids have come off completely from left wire of the earphone. I contacted customer care of Crossloop but they brushed off the request saying it is due to normal wear and tear. I have used House Of Marley Jamaica Smile braided earphones (got it for around Rs. 1000), it is far better in quality than Crossloop earphone. Would suggest to look for other braided earphones like from Boat brand, etc.

Sound is good, so is the design and fabric cover. However, there is some problem with 3.5mm jack. It doesn't fit properly in the phone and many times no mic is detected. Then if you reconnect it at certain other angle with trial and error...Or some additional twisting, it detects earphone with mic. I don't know if the wiring is loose or some other issue. Also with time and use, the fabric braid unravels.

The product feels near to Boat to me as I use 2 Boat headphones as well. The bass is not as crisp as Boat however not bad either. The thing which enraptured me is the after sales service. One side of my earphone stopped working post 3 months of regular use and I raised a complaint for the same. The team was very responsive and quick with their actions. They even called and contacted me on WhatsApp in order to check upon if everything was going good with the earphone and if I had any complaint any further. Kudos to the team. Looking forward to keep a good relationship with this brand.

Nice to wear, nice to hear. After 2 months of usage, its useless . Same issue of wiring and thread covering went off

We bought this for our daughter. There was some problem with one earpiece. We contacted the seller and their customer service was very prompt. They immediately replaced the earphones and they are functioning perfectly fine. Impressed by the efficiency and prompt action by their customer care.

Crossloop is really a value for money earphones, looks are good and long lasting. Complete braided cable is helpful for long use as it won't bring wear and tear to the wire. Overall sound quality is good and mic is pretty clear enough for the calls and meetings. Customers Service response is very good they just charge for the shipment in case you have any issues with your earphone and replace it within a week.
