Great value
I wanted some decent solder that would actually flow and melt at the temps I use and I can say this solder exceeded expectations. This melts extremely well and has good flow into joints and doesnt leave a dry joint. Great product.

works great with good tip
Large pad, small pad, high heat, low heat, tinning, or whatever I'm doing, this solder flows well and leaves a great connection. I solder small FPV (drones) circuit boards often so good solder makes things easy, but bad solder makes things miserable. I haven't had a bad solder yet with this spool. Full disclosure, I also use a SainSmart soldering workstation set which holds everything securely. So my hands are free with this solder in my left hand, the solder gun in my right pre-tinned with a tiny bit of solder on the lower side, and rub around 350-400 C. The board and wire are securely held with zero movement. Iron's tip touches pad for 1/2 sec, solder from spool touches pad, flows right on, pull both back right away, and wait for cooling before moving anything else. Perfect every time.

Love it!
Solder works really well. I’m happy with it. Leaves a nice shine look. I recommend!

Good solder
Good solder, but I don't think the flux is no clean. I had a hell of a time cleaning the flux off my board.

Quality
This is the best solder I have used for surface mount. A little dab of flux and my Weller set at 625-650 degress and it flows smoothly. Remember a little goes a long way with surface mount components and dont forget to use a good quality flux. I bought solder of Ebay and it was crap. Jeff Kd4lyh

Good solder, great price.
I am using this for electronics repair. First use left me impressed with the good quality of this The melting point is good, the flow is good and the adherence is good. I have not done any mechanical testing on joints but I expect it is fine. I used it to repair a broken game cartridge last night and it worked. This solder did not seem to melt or flow at a noticeably different rate from what Nintendo originally used.

This is my go-to.
I really like this solder. It melts evenly and doesn't spatter all over the place. I have used at least three rolls so far and really prefer to use nothing else. I find that the 0.8 mm size is ideal for most small electronic projects.

It's solder. It works.

This was the solution to my soldering problems. I was using a cheap solder wire brand with 60/40 ratio. Dont waste your time with any other solder wire. This SainSmart 63/37 is a game changer. The solder melts immediately and turns into that shiny silver and just flows so easily. The soldering joint is done is sec. With my cheap solder brand I had to turn up my soldering iron to 350 degrees celcius, keep the iron there forever and was still left with cold solder joints and messy joints I could not use. Just buy this and make your soldering life easy and a breeze! Im never going back.

This is probably my favorite solder wire so far. I use it mostly for very fine soldering like circuit board repair and micro soldering and it has performed consistently well. The 0.6 mm diameter is perfect for precision work where control matters. Even without adding extra flux the solder flows smoothly and still leaves a shiny clean finish which is not something I can say for every spool I have tried. It works exactly as advertised and I feel confident using it on delicate components. The roll is compact and easy to handle and the quality feels high for the price. I included a photo showing the box and scale for size reference. At 100 grams this should last me quite a while even with regular use. Ratings Flow and Workability: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finish Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Consistency: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for Money: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ease of Use: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pros • Excellent for fine soldering and micro work • Leaves a clean shiny finish even without added flux • Smooth flow and good control • High quality feel • Perfect size and packaging Cons • None so far Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you need a reliable fine solder wire for detailed electronics work this is an easy recommendation. Clean flow fast heat transfer and great results every time.

This 0.6mm solder wire has become my go-to for precision electronics work. It melts quickly, flows smoothly, and leaves a clean, shiny finish even without added flux. I use it for circuit board repairs and micro soldering, and it consistently performs well with delicate components. The roll is compact and easy to handle, and the quality feels high for the price. It’s ideal for tight spaces and small pads where control is essential. If you’re doing detailed soldering and want consistent results without mess or frustration, this spool is a solid choice.
