I am always on the look out for new, fun, hopefully durable stimulating toys for my umbrella cockatoo. She tears through pretty much anything I give her that is a toy and I have spent hundreds of dollars on toys made for large parrots to have them last about 15 -20 minutes. I don’t mind because when she can’t be out of her cage, I like to know that she is occupied and having fun. On my recent surf of Amazon for something new for her, I came across Busy Bird brand bird toys and was like “Finally!!! Something to keep my girl engaged and something durable, long lasting, safe and easy to clean.” I won’t have to take it off her cage when I give it its bi-weekly hose down! Bonus! I purchased the Spinner to try out, with the other toys saved in my cart for future. I received it quickly and on a Saturday. I was super excited. It was well packaged and ready to go, except the holes in bracket that attached it to the cage didn’t match the mount on the toy, I was so sad...my parrot was all hyped up and I couldn’t put it in her cage, so through Amazon I reached out to the company and let them know. They got back to me the same day, apologized for the error and sent me out what I needed and added a fun surprise for my Too for my trouble. She was so excited about her new toys that she chased my son around the sofa while he tried to adjust the hardware so that I could mount them in her cage. She wasn’t scared or suspicious, she began playing with them immediately. When I asked her if she liked them she clicked her beak which is her way of agreeing with me. She also licked them, which means she was pretty darn happy with them!! I look forward to seeing what else Busy Bird creates because I am all in! Great communication, great customer service and of course USA made durable, washable, super fun parrot toys! Thank you Jay at Busy Bird for making something special and lasting for our feathered babies.❤️❤️❤️

Great entertainment for cockatoo

Innovative product that works as shown in the videos. Unfortunately my Amazon parrot doesn't find it very interesting, but that's probably more on him than on the toy. I do wish the price was lower - seems high for the amount of materials you get for the money.

Bought this toy for my eclectic parrot and it is her favorite toy ever well worth every penny of the the price for it

The product is great, strong, durable and my bird loved it. BUT...... I should know better, never have a parrot toy that has wing nuts unless they don’t come off! After the initial fun, my parrot thought it would be more fun to take off the nuts and let the toy fall. Problem is I’ve lost 1of the bolts and nut. I was going to replace them with something a little more difficult to remove anyway. Just a heads up that while the toy is great, you might want to consider double nuts. It might be fine for smaller birds. I have a green wing macaw and they are rough on toys!

This is smaller than I thought- tho, not a bad thing since I gave it to my Green Cheek conure. It’s not sharp at all on the threads and it’s beautifully welded together and has easy to use hardware. I mounted it in the middle of one of those U shape sand perches for easy access. It is more than worth $20! ...And if my Green Cheek would stop being a pansy (seriously! He doesn’t do it often!) and tuck in the stink eye-and go play with it- he would probably like it too! He has had a couple little kid toys that work like this and I figured the sturdy stainless is a good idea since he breaks them easier than I’d like.

It’s been six months and my birds still say “eh” when it comes to these Stainless Steel Spinner Bird toys. I really wanted my birds to like these, but they just don’t do it for them. I have to admit though, these cold hard steel toys will last a long long time (maybe forever). I recommend them if you’re looking for the world’s most indestructible bird toy that you won’t care whether or not your bird enjoys it.

These brand of toys are the best. Our Green Wing Macaw destroys everything. This one he hasn’t and it took him a day or two to figure it out.
