This worked well, just as good as taking them and having them professionally done and saves you a lot of money great product. Will be buying again.

I've ordered this twice and keep getting the wrong thing. Like other people, it does NOT come with the bag AND it smells very different (worse, stronger) than the version that does come with the bag. The product bears no resemblance to the photo above. See below. It is the "new and improved" product without a bag which it says clear on the box.

I don't have a lot of clothes that need dry cleaning – I have pretty much eliminated them from my wardrobe since I don't really have to dress up for work. However, I do have one dress that I wear on special occasions and curtains that need dry cleaning so I used the Dryel At Home Dry Cleaning Starter Kit on those items rather than have to pay a hefty fee for “real“ dry cleaning. I have been very happy with the results I got from the Dryel At Home Dry Cleaning Starter Kit. The kit is very easy to use - just put up to four garments in the bag that is included in the kit, spot clean if needed, put a Dryel cloth in the bag, close and seal the bag, toss it in the dryer for thirty minutes, and your garments are good to go. Both my dress and curtains came out nice and clean with little noticeable odor (you can hang your garments outside for little bit if you completely want to eliminate any odors). I was especially pleased with the way my curtains came out - I had not cleaned them for quite some time and they were a bit neglected dusty and dirty - they came out looking brand-new. I really like the Dryel At Home Dry Cleaning Starter Kit. The Dryel At Home Dry Cleaning Starter Kit comes with a dry-cleaning booster, one bag, and two dry cleaning cloths.

I was very excited to try this product as I wear a lot of dry-clean only items. I especially wanted this for things such as sweaters and blouses that I tend to just hand wash instead of taking into the dry cleaners. The package contains a dryel bag, a spot removing pen, and four scented sheets. To use, you put 1-4 items in a bag with the sheet and put it in the dryer for about 30 minutes on medium heat (on my dryer this is the permanent press setting). I was a little concerned since I have an old old old dryer, but since I am one for adventure I went ahead and tried it out on four smaller sweaters. When the dryer cycled ended I pulled out the bag and hung up my garments. They felt soft to the touch and smelled very nice. I'd go as far to say that they felt clean. However, on closer inspection I saw that one sweater still had a small stain spot. Now, admittedly, I did not use the stain pen on that spot, but if you're expecting for stains to come out just from the sheets and the bag alone then you're in for a disappointment. However, the fabrics were definitely refreshed and, again, smell real nice. I have not tried to put more than four items in a bag at a time, but I think that at least for smaller items, like sweaters or blouses, it would probably work. I also haven't tried this on an item like a coat, but I imagine that it would be best to only do 1 coat in a bag at a time. Though the box and instruction booklet says you can use this on items such as suits and ties, I'm a little wary of trying it--if only because if something goes wrong I'd be out a lot of dollars. However, I'm definitely going to keep using Dryel for my smaller items!

It's probably a combination of laziness and fear of losing my items that I subconsciously avoid the dry cleaners. I purchased this because i had an assortment of items I needed to dry clean. My roommate told me it was ridiculous that I wanted to dry clean my $2000 Armani suit with this. Eventually I agreed and put 3 pairs of regular dress pants and 4 neck ties into the bag to "test" it out. I did not have any stains on them, they were just starting to smell less like linen and more like used laundry. The items were put into the bag after I sprayed the refresher spray on them, and then I placed one of the cleaning cloths inside the bag. I zipped up the bag and spun them in the dryer for 30 minutes on low heat as it says to do so. The clothes came back much more refreshed. I was very happy with the results. I do not know if this product will get out stains but for overall scent and feel this worked great. I still ended up taking my suit to the dry cleaners but for everyday pants and ties I think this product is fantastic.

Returned as it did not include the bag as indicated. I purchased this specifically for the bag because mine needs to be replaced, and I find the product works more effectively with a bag rather than directly in the dryer. Putting "with bag" in the title and then not including the bag feels like false advertising to me. Would strongly urge Amazon to insist the seller adjust their product title.

I bought this kit specifically for a gaggle of stained neckties I'd been holding onto for years, procrastinating a trip to the dry cleaners. After one good application of the stain remover and running them through the dryer with the supplied bag and sheet, I'm extremely pleased to say that nearly all of them look brand new! I cleaned over 20 ties in two cycles, about 8-10 per cycle, and only three or four still had any noticeable staining. I have no doubt these stains will come out too with a little more persistence. My only regret is that I didn't take before and after pictures because the difference was genuinely stunning. I will update my review with images when I dry clean my next batch. I can't stress enough how amazing the included on-the-go stain remover is. It works almost instantly and I intend to keep a full bottle near my person from now on!

I also did not receive the kit with the bag as pictured and as I thought I was buying. This would work well for a totally clean dryer. My slacks came out with dryer lint all over them because of no bag. I'm hoping to find a better kit...
