This guy is great with a few exceptions. The metal hanger guides are not screwed in as the picture shows and fell off immediately. I decided to hang it without the guides which turned into a hassle as the holes on piece are oddly shaped and difficult to find a screw to fit through the misshapen holes. It is also impossible to fit a screwdriver inside the planter itself. There are no drainage holes in it so I carefully drilled holes in the bottom. Once I had it up, I planted ivy in him and stood back and admired my work and him. This tree is massive. It has 5 trunks and it looks like this guy has grown along with the tree for years. He looks awesome

Was a gift and recipient loved it! Was very authentic and will hold up in weather.

Materials and finished product is excellent. However this is supposed to be an exterior planter and there's no drain hole in the bottom. Would only take a good rain to fill up and water log the planting. Be prepared to drill a hole for drainage before attaching to tree or side of shed. (Attaching requires setting two #6 screws, spaced fairly accurately and level.)

Always receive compliments on my "tree art", yard decor.

I love this tree spirit! Made me smile when I opened it! He's a little smaller than I expected but that doesn't take away from my rating because of measurements were given so it shouldn't have surprised me but it's still adequate and I'm very much looking forward to adding him to my yard!

We gave this as a gift and did not expect the reaction of the person who received it and the look of it on the old pine tree. It looks magical, very beautiful! We put a ivy in there and it's wonderful. I had to glue the metal holder in the back because one came loose. So I used epoxy putty to glue both in place and now it's solid. The thickness of the back could be better, as it's thin and we can see the day light through it. It seems solid enough but it would surely break if dropper.

I was intending this for an inside wall but water leaked but he is wonderful out side in the palm, viewed from my sitting room window.

I love this I put it on the top of my clock and everyone admires it
