These sponges are great - really tough and hold a good amount of water, easy to wring-out. I've been using these whilst doing some outdoor building work and laying a porcelain patio and they have been perfect for cleaning tools and washing off patio slabs after laying them - also brilliant for grouting. Outdoor slabs have a rough surface which means that they can cause some sponges to break-up quite quickly but these last ages and hold together very well. All in all, for the performance I think that these are very good value for money.

Brilliant sponges, didn’t fall apart, only needed 1 for the job (15m2 Yorkstone patio) thought I’d need a few for the job but were really good.

Brilliant thick sponges. Did our full kitchen floor and bathroom floor grout with these. No bits fell off the sponge including when cleaning thoroughly. Absolutely no complaints and will buy again.

Great grout sponges from a reputable brand - that's really al I can say about these. they worked great for applying grout to my kitchen backsplash tile. I'm a DIYer and had no problem. Durability was great - they can easily be cleaned and reused, if you desire. QEP is a known brand in the tile field, so you know you're getting something reputable. They don't scratch surfaces (I used them on a subway glazed tile). And the 6 pack price was as cheap as wal-mart (and cheaper than home depot) and I don't have to go to the store, deal with traffic, ghetto people, parking etc. Deal with the best value was right here on Amazon. The 6 pack means I have some left over for future use as well.

I realize the price went up, I bought them (6) for 11 bucks a few months ago. I think it was a good deal then, not so sure now. But it's a good sponge for sure, depending on what you want to do with it. I had a problem with my fridge for some time, there was ( a lot of) water accumulating at the bottom under the crisper/fruit drawer, maybe a 1/4 or 1/3 gallon over a few weeks. While trying to fix the problem permanently, I was also looking for a way to get rid of that water efficiently, without making a huge mess on the floor. That's why I ordered these sponges. I was really not sure when I received it, it seemed like it couldn't absorb or hold any water! Weird for a sponge, I thought. I'm happy I kept using them. So you have to know that it takes some time for the sponge to get its full absorption power. First soak it in water many times, leave it under water, wring it, soak it again, etc. Then you'll see it becomes indeed an highly absorbent sponge and it holds quite a lot of water. It's XL for sure, they are HUGE. What was taking me 15 minutes with a normal dish towel (and making a huge mess) is now taking me 2 minutes. I will also use it to wash my motorcycle in the summer, and for other cleaning jobs. I recommend.

I love these sponges, they are so hardy and last so long. Please continue to supply it here in South Africa.
