I'm 155kg, going by previous questions that've been answered am i to assume that i'm currently far too heavy to use this product!?🤔🤷♂️

No. This is sturdy plastic and easily accommodate your weight.

Does it come with a workout schedule?

Sadly it does not. But has a small bit of paper showing you what to do. I tend to use the coloured holes with what ever workout im doing. For instance of i use my bench for chest, ill then use the chest coloured holes for 3 sets of 6 reps. Hope this helps

I am 45 kg is it durable with me?

Yes I t can easily be durable and even a 100 kg person can use this board.
