I would just send it back, I did! I tried to get replacement flex as haft because mine broke first time I turned it on. They kept saying all it was shipped out, (3 times) finally I just told Amazon and they refunded me the money for the whole machine. Hope it helps!

Yes! There is one stone cutting blade in the package. You can also buy more at Amazon. Not too, expensive.
