To the seller: What are the dimensions of each glue board,  and what are the dimensions of the glue area of each board?

Accepted Answer

The overall dimension before folded are:
5 1/2“ x 8“. The 8 inch side has a 1/2” TAB.
( these can be used flat on the floor or folded into a box. Usually best results are when used folded into the box). The actual portion covered with glue is approximately 4 3/4” by 6 3/4”.  VERY STICKY!
The folded box dimensions are approx: 
5 1/4” L x 2 9/16” W x 1 3/8” H in ‘back’ (usually the side toward the wall ) and 1 1/8” H in ‘front’ 
( boxes are sloped) also,  is best to ‘pre-fold’ or ‘crease’ the boxes before pulling the wax paper off the glue -  otherwise your fingers tend to get stuck.)

They catch a heck of a lot of bugs - more than I ever thought were crawling around -  including brown recluse spiders.   They also have caught several lizards, snakes and mice, a portion of which were usually sticking out one end or the other, or both. Of course they’re good for small mice- but not really good for large field rats.

Well worth the price and the effort !!! I use them in the house, the shop and garage. I even put them around the car in the carport to prevent mice from getting up in side and chewing wires.

anyone use this for bedbugs?

This trap will work for catching cockroaches, but bedbugs are incredibly hard to trap due to their nesting methods.  We offer a bedbug monitor that fits in crevasses and alert you to a their presence; however, we strongly recommend calling a professional pest control operator if you have a known infestation.

Will they work with scorpions?  I've been usint Tomcat scorpion glue boards; work great

If a scorpion -- or anything -- walks onto one of these glue boards it won't walk off. I get scorpions and brown recluse spiders in my house and frequently find them glued to one of these boards -- one or two scorpions occasionally, dozens of brown recluse.

Has anyone had success in catching geckos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, though it's heartbreaking. Catches insects very well, except that large roaches have been successful at brilliant houdini-like escapes, so be prepared to finish them off with a light tap before they escape to repopulate the globe.
