The hyaluronic acid is a humectant, but paired with the hold ingredients in the product and due to the lower concentration we have found it does not create particular excess frizz in the winter months. We always recommend to finish your style with an occlusive product like an oil to ensure your hair is best protected for the weather!

Is this good for low porosity 2b/2c waves?

I am not sure what low porosity is, but my hair it's short and my curls are more beautiful since I use it, but don't put too much.
