So everyone pretends they don’t mind flossing, but if we’re being honest, it’s kinda blows. It’s something dentists tell us to do again and again because: - People either don’t do It at all or - Don’t do It well This product is the best flossing option I’ve ever tried It eliminated all the parts of flossing I’d rather skip and makes the process easy and quick. I went from dentist complaints about whether I’m making the proper “C” shape to compliments on how I’ve maintained a super low tartar 6 months and whiter teeth (white teeth not directly from gum chuck use, but the good oral hygiene helps overall) For reference I’m also a try all the products kind of gal. I Purchased the expensive $110 dollar electric flosser and can say, that thing isn't even close to Gumchucks in comparison. I'll be recommending this product to everyone always and hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

I’ve been using Gum Chucks for YEARS and I will continue to as long as they exist! No more wasting yards of floss and wrapping it around your fingers just to get a good grip!! Gum Chucks make flossing so much easier because, you have complete control of the little piece of floss with the help of the chucks! I don’t even have to look in a mirror when I floss! My son was told at his last check-up that he needed to floss better so I got him a pair of Gum Chucks and now he’s flossing every day just because, this tedious but, very necessary task is so much easier for him to do. I’ve had my Gum Chucks for probably 10+ years and I just replace the floss piece which lasts me months with just rinsing it off after each use. To replace the floss you simply push on the bottom of the gum chuck (grey tip) and it pops off.

Just like all floss. This should not be re-used, for hygienic reasons. Also on the packaging it says, one time use per floss piece. Hopefully that clears up some questions. I have used these a total of only four times so far. I really like the design of these. In my opinion, I think it is much easier to floss the correct way. It makes the "C" rotation around your teeth easy by having handles. This product is almost perfect, that's why I am giving it 4 stars. It frays almost halfway through flossing your teeth. Which isn't a big deal. If you think about traditional flossing. You take a large piece of floss and you shift using multiple parts of the floss. Where, here you only have a little piece of floss to use over and over in your mouth. So it makes perfect sense that it is going to fray. I still think its worth the purchase and enjoy the nice clean feel. I recommend getting the refill along with it. Since you are suppose to dispose of them after a single use.

Now THIS I can do!!! It’s so easy (takes a few times to get used to the two handed approach but trust me, EASY). My dentist recommended this because the stiff string flossers do more harm than good and they don’t wrap around the shape of the tooth like this does. I have never stuck with flossing for more than a week after dental visits but now I’m not just doing the recommended once a day, I’m doing it after both brushings! (My dentist says I can use the same string until it breaks to save money, as long as I rinse it with my fingers, but it comes with ten strings and you can buy packs of just the strings)

First of all, let me say that I absolutely love this product -- and I don't say that kind of thing often. My dental hygienist was super impressed with my flossing and I told her about GumChucks. You're wondering why the low review? Because I have now gone through two of the handles and have had to buy refill packs just to get more handles. The handles break at the end, where the button is. It is a very tiny piece of plastic that holds the gray button on, so be careful how you hold the handles. Suggest a sturdier piece of plastic to attach the button, or a longer handle that extends past the end of the palm. I deliberately made this a low review because I'm hoping the manufacturer sees it. Fix it, or at least make it possible to buy replacement handles without having to purchase more refills! EDIT: it turns out you CAN buy just the handles if you go to the GumChuck's store. So, I've purchased replacement handles and upped my review. That said, the handles break way to easily, and the manufacturer should look at this as a defect.

Flossing is the most important part of Dental Care. I have learned that teaching kids to floss is super critical to them having great teeth and now that we use these, nobody has any cavities because there’s nothing getting left in between the teeth all night long do this for your kids so they can have great teeth their whole life

Hallelujah, at last: no more purple fingers due to wrapped floss cutting off circulation. Give it a few days and this floss tool will be second nature. Easy to really wrap around each tooth. Tip: rinse and use many times; each refill has a lot of flossing life in it.

Ode to the GumChucks I like to eat the sweets and the cakes and chocolate too, I drink coke in my whiskey so I need a little tool. I keep my dentist happy and use them every day, coz no one wants to see me with a mouth full of decay xx
