If you’re trying to do low carb, but crave a candy bar or one of those sweet-centric granola bars, this is your next big find. They’re a bit on the small side, but are also big on flavor. The peanut ones are pretty good too but these are my personal favorites. For strict ketoans, check out the carbs - depending on how you calculate, these may be considered “2g” (if you deduct the sugar alternatives) or they might be 8g if you just deduct the 6g of fiber. I personally still think it is worth it - these save me a bunch on business trips, etc. where you just can’t get low-carb alternatives easily. For those with sensitive tummies, this does have small amounts of erythritol and allulose (if either bother you). I have a pretty sensitive tummy myself and neither of these bother me (it isn’t anything as bad as sorbitol, malitol, etc. - I cannot tolerate those).

This is a really hard review for me to leave because I absolutely love these bars. I would buy them all the time because of the flavor and how good I feel after I have them. The energy I get from them but the problem I have is there’s eight bars in a box and they’re small and the cost of the box is to me outrageous for eight bars that are really small in size. I sit here and feel torn because I really like these bars so much because of the flavor but it’s not something that is financially sustainable when you have a family to support and boys that are in their teens and they can go to one box in an hour. At $22 a box that’s a lot of money in one day. I wish that they would lower their price and make the bars a little bit bigger and I’d be a customer for life. But because of the cost and the way that teenage boys eat things and my family eats things it’s not something that I can buy that often.

These are a wonderful snack. I only deducted a star bc they arrived melted. It gets shipped in a standard bag so the layer of chocolate was completely melted even after sitting room temp for a day.

This is a repurchase. I regularly buy this brand of keto bar. I like the Maple flavor, the white chocolate and macadamia nut and the coconut and white chocolate flavored bars. None of the bars spike my blood sugar. Win-win!!

I bought these to try as trail or snack food. The flavor is decent, though a bit heavy on coconut. However, I won't be buying these again. They're full of unhealthy saturated fats, a third of a day's worth in a single bar. There is little protein, which I need. From a hygienic standpoint, they are completely unsuitable for anything but home use, and even then you'd do best to keep them in the refrigerator. The designers opted to use cheap emulsified chocolate chips in the bar, rather than high grade dark chocolate. Consequently the melt point appears to be below room temperature. I mean, these things try to melt as soon as they're out of the fridge! And all the chocolate seems to be on the outside instead of in the middle, so you'll lose a bunch of it on the wrapper and anything it touches. I like the Dark Chocolate KIND Protein Bar quite a bit better: crunchier, not so messy, and nutritionally better balanced for me (and about 40% less saturated fat). That one still isn't temperature tolerant for trail use, but at least you can get the wrapper off.

Really tasty and keto safe- huge treat when you just want some texture and sweets

Clean, tasty and good for healthy snack in between meals. I keep one in my car, work and purse. A little sticky to the teeth if you have dental appliances.

I bought and received these in January. The chocolate on top was melted all over the place and they were a mess to eat. The taste was fine, but they were a sloppy melted mess.
