I have used this company's probiotic for over a year and after a month or more I no longer had acid reflux or heartburn issues -- which had been quite severe. I added the PREBIOTIC powder a month ago and WOW! What a difference! As many have stated, I am more 'comfortable' now as they say, and I didn't realize there was a problem until this started working its charm on my system! It is absolutely SYNERGISTIC in its effect with the two products together. When I think of the money I have spent in the past to alleviate my digestive issues, I can honestly say that even though the two supplements may be pricey, the fact that they WORK really does save me money and certainly ended my suffering. As far as convenience and taste go, I take it with the probiotics with a meal; doesn't seem to matter which one. I have used it both mixed in about 8 oz water (I use a small whisk and it works pretty well) or sprinkled over food (doesn't seem to affect the taste of what I'm eating). Agreed that it has a chalky taste when mixed in water, but I drink it fast, and as others have experienced it does fairly quickly settle out somewhat to the bottom of the glass. I just swirl the bit that's left and chug it down. I started with 1/2 scoop initially and found I 'gurgled' quite a bit the first two or three days, but I figured that was good as it was doing its job. The gurgling went away after 2 or 3 days, and there is no discomfort or bloating. As always, drink plenty of water throughout the day to help things along... as you would do in any good diet. I have not found it necessary to increase the amount as I can't imagine it producing better effects than I already experience, but plan to up the amount today and see what comes of the change. I'll update my review if I find anything significant to consider. It might be somewhat of a 'bitter frog' but it turned into a Prince for me considering my comfort and the health benefits.

Easy to use, mixes well with all beverages, no strong after-taste to contend with. This product aids in maintaining a more regular and predictable bowel rhythm, without any UN-healthy ingredients. I use Amazon "subscribe" feature which saves some money and also allows me to alter shipping dates if I have enough on hand.

Would be 5 stars if it wasn't so expensive. I've struggled with stomach issues for over 4 years now. Went gluten free for a year. Tested negative for Celiac. Dr. finally said IBS, which I think just means they have no idea. Kept researching myself and found out that you not only need Probiotics, but PREBIOTICS as well. Decided to give this a shot, and man, what a difference! I take a scoop in water first thing in the morning, followed by a couple of probiotic shots, yogurt or kefir. I also brew my own water kefir and drink that through the day. I was drinking a large amount of diet sodas and found that the artificial sweetener also messes with your gut bacteria. For the last two months I have been symptom free and everything moves much easier now, if you know what I mean. Absolutely wonderful product. My only complaint is price. I use only one scoop and it's supposed to be a months supply but have found it only lasts me about 26 days or so, and at about 22.00 I just wish it were a little cheaper since I've found I need to use it every day.

I used this prebiotic fiber to make my own yogurt in my Instant Pot and I love it. I add 4 tablespoons to my other ingredients and my yogurt works out every time. The yogurt itself tastes just slightly bitter, but you get used to it and I don't think the prebiotic fiber is the reason for the slight bitterness. After eating it a couple times, I actually like the taste. I have ordered this many times and have never been disappointed. It seems to be very good quality and it helps keep my gut regulated.

Expensive. But what is worse is that there is a three year expiration. That is far too long. The expiration should be only two years since I have some that is about two years old and is stale already. Please change

I enjoy a scoop of this prebiotic fiber in 1 cup of sugar free vanilla almond milk. It tastes like marshmallows to me. With some cinnamon powder it’s even better. It’s important to me that the supplements I take are enjoyable. This exceeds my expectations. It’s even good on its own in water. It almost tastes like slightly watered down oatmilk. Not only does it taste good, it works well! It goes to work pretty quickly. I feel so much better when I have this daily. It really helps with bloating and regularity.
