Vingolf Force of Will Series 2 - English Card Game Valkyria Chronicles Set - 225 Cards!

I picked this up (for a nominal price), and was surprised at the size of box when it showed up (a good size - 9"x10"x1.5"). My son & I opened it to discover: five pre-con decks, a set of ten full art holo cards, rule book, & 'playmats' with quick reference start up - game play. Basically sets you up to see if this is a battle game you wanna bring to the table. Normally in TCG/CCG's decks the common rule is 'a deck cannot have more than 4 cards of the same name (called a 'playset' in the deck building realm)'... ...that being said... this intro set contains mostly 2 copies of cards of the same name... so you're halfway there. Giving you some diversity in what's available and what suits your style of play. The included decks/cards in this box CAN be played right out of the box, seasoned deck builders will say "I gotta get more copies of THIS card!" ...replacing the cards that one did not favor in game play. Fun and relatively quick to pick up (especially is you've played battle-type CCG's like MTG & such). Thanks for reading this! Hope it helped! :)

The cards are cheap because their power level is so low compared to other FoW sets. They look great and there are enough to make multiple decks. Worth picking up a couple if you really want to mix and match or customize decks.

So checking these cards online for value this is such a good deal and a great way to get started learning how to play. the cards have the art from valk chronicles on them and looks great. yet there may be more cards out there but none for this value and a great entry into FOW

For less than $20(The rough price of this at the time of review) you can't go wrong with the Vingolf 2 Box Set. You get 2 copies of EVERY vanilla dual stone which alone makes up the value of the box plus you get over 100 extra cards, which are just really icing on the cake with some nice artwork from the Valkyria Chronicle games and a few competitive cards that might find their way into a constructed deck. This comes with 5 decks which, while not great by any means can be a great teaching tool to get newcomers into the game aside from the individual card values. To be clear this I wouldn't pay more than $25 for this but below that price this is a solid or even great deal depending on how much you pay.

Good price, fun cards, and very neat design. Worth the $20 I got this for when you consider that most decently built decks cost $30+ and this is a collector's set. Get it cheap while you still can, this will only go up.

An awesome piece for my collection

Excellent value for getting into the game. Not much outside of that. Great for getting a lot of Magic Stones quick which is why I bought it but not much else.
