I have suffered constantly from the discomfort and deafness associated with earwax build up and have found that the continual use of olive oil is the only safe way to soften and clear the hard wax and thankfully, since using olive oil regularly, I no longer need to have my ears syringed. I do stress though that you do have to persevere with the olive oil treatment. However, olive oil can be messy to apply if applying it from a traditional dropper bottle, so I have now graduated to olive oil sprays and have regularly used Earol which is very easy to apply, is a good product and works well, but its shorter spray nozzle has a tendency to drip after use. I've subsequently tried CleanEars and I'm absolutely delighted with it. It is so easy to apply as the nozzle is longer and swivels to fit deeper and comfortably into the ear canal (but not so far that it can damage the eardrum). It has been exceptionally well designed ensuring that the oil really does get to the waxy problem. I know we are all different, but I find that one spray 3 times daily with CleanEars for up to a week will soften any really hard problematic wax and restore hearing, then I just keep to a regular maintenance regime of only 1 spray daily, or alternate days. This is a superb product that is so easy to apply and well worth a try. I'm just about to get my next bottle as don't want to run out of this one!

Worked a treat very pleased

I have had a problem with hard ear wax most of my life and I hate it, especially when both ears are blocked at the same time. After years of trying other products, I tried this instead. I found it worked well, even if it took rather longer than said on the box. However, about a week after using, finally I had some hearing back. I found the spray very easy to use, I make sure it is put well into the ear then two squirts, job done. Another two squirts later in the day, every day, and finally, I could hear. By the way, I was told by the practice nurse, that syringing is not done now and I would have to go private. Why I don't know, but the ear could be damaged, which has never happened in my experience. Anyway, I found this a good product and will use again. As ever, the ear feels greasy and very pleased.

Good Ear Drops, Good for removing Ear Wax. I have bought this Item a few times it cleans quarter of the Wax but you will still need to use an Ear Removal Tool or go to a Clinic to get all the Wax, But overall this helps and I will continue to buy.

Does the job, better than other products i have used.

It is helpful, took a couple of days just using once a day for the wax to come out. Brilliant.

After a few days (2) it was so easy to have my ear cleaned. It loosened the smear that was building up for a long time. Now it was easier to syringing my ear and remove the earwax completely

Absolute waste of money. My GP referred me to specialist clinic for ear wax removal who told me to put some softener (oil, spray etc.) in for 7 days. This product came out as the best (in an Amazon-sponsored test) so I bought it. Religiously sprayed in as directed 3 times a day for 8 days. It didn’t make a jot of difference to my ear wax. I was sent home from clinic with a bottle of straight forward olive oil spray which softened up the wax in 3 days.
