You get your monies worth; excellent product
Last year Our nitro bass boat was left outside and the 3 bank water proof charger we had on it was submerged in ice water; we had been looking for a new one but every one was 500 plus and there was no way I was allowing that; I jumped on amazon before Father’s Day and found this three bank charger; we didn’t need to purchase any of the extra accessories bc we already had one on our boat before, much to our surprise it fit perfectly in the original holes from our first bank charger and this one during a heavy rainstorm ended up submerged for a few days bc the plug was left it, once again big shock after draining the boat and allowing it to dry we plugged it right in and it still works! No problems what so ever, love this bank charger! It runs two trolling batteries and the master, we can go out for hours and not worry one bit about battery charge! Love it! And under 200.00!

Charges batteries.....3 of them Simultaneously
I"ve had this charger for a few years and it's been working well and makes charging the 3 batteries on my boat an easy operation. Never had an on board charger before, and always charged the batteries 1 at a time which was a huge pain. When I plug this charger in it checks all the batteries and if the connections are good begins to charge them. So it's kinda like a little check on the electrical system as well as charging batteries, and you don't waste your time trying to charge if the connections to the batteries or a fuse are bad. Very handy after a day on the water to simply plug in the charger and go to bed knowing all 3 batteries will be full charge in the morning. Installation was pretty easy, the wires were just long enough to reach the one battery on the opposite side of the boat from where I mounted the charger. My boat is an 18' center console. 3 full seasons later this charger looks and works like new

Approximately 1/8th inch of material will be remaining. 7. Ensure there is no debris in the programming cap hole, or on the cap itself, and reinstall the programming cap. 8. Reconnect AC Power. At this point, you should have the following LED’s a. Blue AC power LED b. Red Battery type LED (Flooded/AGM) c. Red Flashing Analyze/Charge LED i. If you reencounter the issue, remove more material from the unthreaded portion of the programming cap until the charger is functioning properly. ii. Reliable battery maintenance, Pro Sport does well!
The prosport 20 works well. This is my second one for my other boat. They are very dependable and seem to treat the batteries well, thus extending their life. I have one that’s about 5 years old and no issues with the charger or batteries and I don’t expect any from this. Deducted one star because they darn extension cables for the charge leads are absurdly priced. Also wish it were a bit smaller, hard to fit this size charger on a smaller boat.

Easy install.
I should of saved my money and bought this years ago. Easy install and the cable extensions they sell are excellent. Now after a long day on the lake just have one power plug to deal with to charge my two trolling motor batteries and the outboard starting battery. Bought mine new June 2018. Has work flawlessly until recently I had an intermittent issue where the only the Blue light would come on and the charger would not work. Talked to tech support who told me the little plastic plug that sets the battery type had been causing problems in some of the chargers. The issue is that it can be too long and interferes with the sensors. He had me trim about half of it's length off. It now works great again. Also be aware it can loosen up in use so be sure to put a dab of adhesive on it when you screw it in. If not it will cause problems. Tech support was very helpful and was easy to get a hold of. I appreciated how patient and friendly they were. Bill

Appears to be a very nice charger and I like how it operates. Updated, failing at 4 months old.
My initial impressions of this charger are very favorable. It installed easily enough, although it is larger than the unit it replaced so finding/making room for it was harder than I expected. Once plugged in, it goes into an evaluation mode where it prioritizes which batteries to charge first based on rate of discharge. It has very clear indicator lights to show you what it is doing, and the status of the batteries. The biggest test with this charger will be how long it lasts, as I did quite a bit of comparison shopping and notice that most of the other brands are considered a 2 year lifespan. The ProMariner had good reviews so I am hoping it will make it more than 2 years. I think it is critical to mount it according to the instructions, with room for ventilation and in an area that should not be exposed to water. I mounted it accordingly, and time will tell. Update: 10/20/15 For the last 2 months I've been having difficulty with my starting battery. It is dropping too low on voltage to start the motor. I tested the voltage and it is dropping to 10.5 volts, with no draw on the battery (main kill switch). It seems to be switching to the charge cycle only when it drops below 10.5 volts. I have contacted ProMariner to initiate a warranty repair/replacement. I hadn't hoped to test the warranty so soon. If only someone made a reliable charger.

Good charger, Good warranty
I purchased this 2 years ago and have been very happy with it on my Optima batteries. It quit working and I was concerned because I saw several reviews about warranty issues. I contacted Promariner and they gave me a return authorization number. I sent it in to them and I received an e-mail from them that it had a problem and would be replaced. I received my new one two days later. I was told that the chargers have a two year warranty but they will honor it for two and a half years. I would recommend promarine.

Don’t Buy! Great charger for the price, but has a few limitations for sailors/cruisers
Update 9/30/2017: this is late, but The charger died after 2 months of use. There’s no way to reach the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Before you buy, go to their website and see if you can find any way to submit a claim. Can’t do it. Don’t buy. There are better batteries for serious sailing cruisers. I give it 4 stars because all of the "flaws," as i see them, were completely disclosed and described in the product description. I still bought it because I knew I would be ok with them for savings on the price. Cons: can't stand alone as a 12v power source, completely stops all charging if all three batteries aren't connected (a problem if you ever change configuration or need to continue operating while waiting to replace a bad battery etc), no user replaceable parts (probably just scrap it if anything ever goes bad)
