Very sturdy mouse
For the most part this mouse is hands down one of the best wired mouse's on Amazon. Very good value for the mouse. But from the time of purchase which was last year, the mouse still works like brand new. Although the wire may be long for most you could just wire it together so it doesn't disturb you.

Simple and effective full-sized mouse
I needed to purchase a mouse for my father as he struggles to use a touch-pad on a laptop. He also struggles with the smaller mouse so I was very pleased when I came across this make and model. Feels good to work with and connects via USB with no requirement to download/install software. Very effective and I have now bought a second so he can use it at his voluntary place of work, too.

Scroll-wheel erratic after 18 months
The warranty on this is supposed to be 2 years, however after a year and a half the scroll-wheel has started to behave erratically. Scrolling down will start scrolling down, and then jumps up. The buttons are fine though, and until the issue with the scroll it worked fine. The website is too complicated to report the issue so just going to buy a (different) replacement.

A generic but good mouse
I’ve had it for 2 years now no problem with it at all . It’s relatively quiet ,has a generic design making it easy to use and is a high quality mouse would recommend !!

Scrollwheel not working properly, and mouse only five months old!
I purchased a "Trust NEW Basi" mouse (model 24271) in late-January of this year (2023). It's now late-June, so about five-months on, and the scroll-wheel no-longer functions properly: as I roll the wheel towards me, to scroll down a page, it keeps scrolling back-up the page, making that function unusable! Oddly, scrolling UP a page (rolling the wheel away from me) seems mostly-okay, so not-sure why only one-direction is affected. Even for a mouse that sells for around £10, I'd expect more-than five months out of it! Shame, as otherwise the size of the mouse is great, and the clicks and pointer-tracking otherwise still work fine.
