Good strong pump

I am running a mix of four medium and large stones at 4 feet deep and they make the water boil. Pump is very quite as well. Very happy.

Maneja muy buen volumen de aire pero se calienta muy pronto y se apaga a los 20 o 40 minutos de estar trabajando, definitivamente hay que agregarle un ventilador de PC para que la enfríe y trabaje sin ningún problema, el miniventilador me costo 45 pesos y le adapte un eliminador de pared que tenia en casa y de esta manera puede trabajar sin problemas por días aunque estoy usando un timer que la enciende 4nhrs y apaga 4 hrs y así de manera alterna y continua. El vendedor debería advertir de este detalle y se evitaría devoluciones y problemas. No hace tanto ruido como dicen pero definitivamente es para mejor usarla en el exterior pero bien protegida de la intemperie, muy buena compra.

I use this air pump for hydroponic tomatoes and peppers in five gallon buckets. I expanded it this year and my smaller air pump would not accommodate 12 buckets. This one is larger and I can aerate 6 buckets using only three ports. The seller states that to help improve the life keep it cool by running a fan to help dissipate heat. The pump I used last year is bolted to a piece of wood with a rag underneath to help keep the noise level down. Then I covered the pump with a plastic parts bin. It still works great even with being in 90 degree heat on my back deck. I do both raised beds and hydroponics. My hydroponic plants grow twice as fast as the raised beds and produce larger amounts of vegetables. Last year my tomatoes grew over 10 feet tall in the buckets and over 7 feet in the raised beds.

It works wonderful, it's not as loud as other people say, I like the big amount of air it delivers, and it barely gets warm, I'm using all the outlets, with big 2x4 air stones, I'm super happy with it
