I use this to store my make up products. I keep this portable fridge in my bedroom. The running noise is there but it is not too loud. I would say it is quiet enough to get me sleep. However, negative aspect to this fridge is that the door does not seal tight enough. It creates frost quite a lot. But I still use it because it maintains temperature well. I just have to clean out the frost every now and then.. It would had been nice if the door opening/closing areas would have the rubber details to get the door tightly close.

I got this refrigerator in 2023… it worked great for about 2 years and then one day I just noticed nothing was cold anymore. Kinda bummed was hoping to get longer use out of it.

I wanted a mini refrigerator for my face creams and cosmetics. After a lot of research, I tried out this model. It's supposed to be portable, but that's not how I'm using it. It does have convenient handles so you can move it from room to room. You can either use it to keep items warm or cold. I'm only using as a fridge. The temperature at the cold setting is currently running between 41 - 50 degrees, depending on the ambient temp around it. This may be too cold for some skin care products, so be sure to check the label or box before storing your expensive moisturizers in it. I don't store things with oils or fats (essential oils, coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter) in it - those I store in one of my wine fridges. I have it in my room on the 2nd floor, which is a little warmer than downstairs. Ice regularly builds up on the square panel at the back of the unit, which can be annoying. I usually have to turn it off for a few hours and leave a small towel or sponge in the back to absorb the melted ice. It's kind of a pain. I can definitely hear it running in the middle of the night, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. It comes with two shelves, which is handy, although I took one of them out since some of my products are taller (4.5" and above). I'm going to keep the refrigerator. It's still handy to have around and, quite frankly, it's cute and the idea of a mini fridge on my dresser is a little charming. Even though using it requires some regular maintenance and cleaning, I can live with it for now. I'll post an update in a few months and add additional comments.
