Great value and only taking once a day is awesome! I have been taking Resveratrol for years and love the fact that you only have to take it once a day.

I find it difficult to evaluate products like this because different people react differently to supplements. I've been using Resveratrol and NMN, same company, for about a year. I chose this brand because it's made in a GMP Facility, which is important to me. When I first started taking the supplements, I could felt a positive difference in my energy, stamina, and general well being, which has continued and feels normal now. I haven't had the typical colds and the usual flu that comes in the fall and winter, but my family has also been practicing social distancing, which could account for some of that. And an odd side benefit, I've notice an improvement in my skin. I'm pleased with the results and will continuing these supplements.

I've been trying out various healthy supplements. I wait about a month between trying out new ones to make sure I can better evaluate them. This one offered health benefits that I'm always on the lookout for. Since I am very susceptible to experiencing very distressing side effects, I always trying out ones with caution and a bit of trepidation. I am now on day three with this one, and so far I have not experienced any problems with it. My husband has been taking this product for years without any problems, and as we are getting order, this one seems to be helpful in dealing with problems that manifest themselves as one becomes more elderly.

It is a good product to help with a cellular energy level according to Dr. David Sinclair, PhD, used together with NMN. I find both supplements very useful. It has good potency in my opinion. It's my second order.
