Fantastic, super solid build quality and it has some heft. Great at retaining heat and even heating is a huge point with this cookware. I have Hestan Nanobond pans and some Made In pans. They are great. This fits right in there with them as my saucier. Truly a great value at any price. Buy it.

I'm a big fan of Misen knives and kitchen utensils so I figured I'd give these a shot after watching WAY too many hours of YouTube videos on stainless steel sauce pans! These pans are LEGIT! They are definitely high quality, sturdy, cook phenomenally and clean up easily! They are on the heavy side so be prepared and workout your forearms! The lids are great the handle on the lid doesn't get TOO hot but I always do a quick test before picking it up bare handed! The handle on the pot itself definitely does a great job of dissipating heat so I've never had to use a towel or glove to handle the pot!

Worth the extra money. Professional grade pot. Great quality. Heavy-weight stainless steel. Distributes the heat evenly. The curved bottom is a great feature. Food does not stick in the bottom corners of the pot.

This pan is amazing! I heat it for a couple of minutes on medium heat and it is every bit as non-stick as any chemically treated pan. And it will last for many years! It seems heavy when you first pick it up, but on the stove, it is perfectly balanced. I've made a beautiful omelette in it (with spinach and mushrooms) and I've made a mushroom sauce in it, for salisbury steak. It performs so well--goodby "non-stick" pans, I am not going back!

This is a great pan! The handles of both the pan and the lid stay cool. I bought it to use with my induction burner; it heats evenly and cleans well.

These pans are epic!!! Stainless steel that can easily cook eggs that SLIDE out of the pan. They are great for steak, for veggies. They work on an induction stove and any other stove too. My fav pans ever. I got them in every size I needed.

Perfect size. Solid, well made and a beautiful saucier! Even heating and perfect for creamy pasta dishes. Very versatile and must have for your kitchen.

This Saucier is excellent but a bit small for my needs. I returned it and have ordered the 3 quart Saucier.

It seems a little softer steel than I expected Otherwise AWESOME
