I splurged on this ‘upgraded pump’ based on reviews; hoping it would be a little better than the more common pumps that review just a ~6 month lifespan. I’ve just opened them, but you can tell there’s extra intention in the design. Consistent quality among 4 purchased. The pump arm is very stable, glass is thick, sits flush on surfaces, and the gold tone is quite forgiving to match. The syrup stream is controlled, and a practical volume. I was pleasantly surprised that it works with my Hollander caramel syrup (a bit thinner than other caramels). I’m careful handwashing the plastic pumps, they’ll scratch with a hard impact. Pumps arrived nearly perfect, very very minor bumps beneath the visible surfaces from when it was removed from the plastic mold (not noticable overall). The color looks just a bit warmer in pictures than in person. The labels are forgiving to peel & reapply once or twice. I used a mini sticky note to match the height. The only catch, the pump lands on the seam of the glass once tightened. The seams are very clean and hardly noticeable though. Once the label is on, it’s negligible. Overall, I’m thrilled with the appearance and function. If I don’t follow up, they didn’t break lol.

I looove these BUT only had them for four months and two already leak! The upgraded dispenser is two pieces and it leaks before the spout. Really cute but don’t seem to last! Edit: 2->4 Reached out to the manufacturer and they sent replacements for my two that started to leak! Hoping those two were just defective because of my four, half have had no issues and work great!

I don’t do reviews very often but the product is worth it! The glass is heavy, not thin and cheap. The pumps are a beautiful gold, perfect for my coffee bar. I had totally forgot that labels come with. Nicely done labels. And finally the packaging was substantial.

The jar looks really cute and aesthetic, which I love. However, when my first order arrived, it was missing the straw attachment, and it seemed like the lid pump had been swapped out. Because of that, I had to request a replacement. The second replacement was better the lid was correct and it included the straw attachment this time but unfortunately, it didn’t come with the stickers.

Gorgeous! Arrived in perfect condition, great packaging to secure everything. These are thick-walled and bottom glass bottles, really nice weight. These will last a long time! I immediately washed one and put it to use, it is the right size to hold syrup I need for morning coffe to last a couple of weeks. Not as big as one of the large Torani bottles, but thats perfect when you need to store in the refrigerator (and have homemade syrup). It dispenses solidly! Smooth pump, reliable output - all you can ask for when you are morning-groggy and don’t want to fuss with something that does not work. :) Love these, would buy again when the need comes up!

The glassware is very nice and once it is set up it works great. The labels are nice and easy to apply. I would give it 5 stars but I had just a little trouble getting the plastic part set up in the pump. It fell out a couple of times. But since I have gotten it set in correctly, I haven’t had any issues. And my syrups are displayed beautifully. I will definitely be buying more as my coffee bar grows.

Sehr schöne Sirupspender und sehr netter Kundenservice. Die Spender sind optisch sehr schön und funktionieren auch wunderbar für meinen Kaffeesirup. Nach ca. einem Jahr ist bei einer Flasche der Spender kaputt gegangen und der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und hat sehr schnell reagiert und mir direkt ein neues Set geschickt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Came with wrong spout. Talked to seller and they didn’t have availability to sent new ones so returned package. Return was accepted promptly. Appreciated that. Wish they had correct tops to them. The glass is thick and nice.
