In terms of punching capacity, this is definitely a "portable" alternative rather than a heavy-duty tool. It handles about 3 to 4 sheets at a time best; anything more, and you might sacrifice punch accuracy. However, for its intended use, the quality is excellent. The sturdiness has held up well over time, and the punch accuracy remains consistent. This is perfect for light weight paperwork. It punches easily and has a punch dot catcher at the bottom. The design is basic and not complicated. It stores easily in a three ring binder. The color is bright and cheery. It serves its purpose well. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

For the price I should have had lower expectations. It worked fine until I tried to hole punch 5 pages at a time (probably a poor decision on my part). I ended up denying the middle hole punch, rendering it useless. After that it was too clunky to keep it for the ruler. Just get a metal hole punch honestly.

It’s excellent. Lightweight (so won’t punch a zillion sheets, but enough to keep you happy), the holes available to put in your binder make it a lifesaver as I keep losing the big one.

3 pages can be a struggle if you don’t add enough down force but it works really well. I like that it fits in my binder and that the holes are default height
