I have been taking this for three months and I will keep on buying. I have noticed that after two weeks of taking it every day my anxiety has gone down tremendously,I couldn’t figure out what I was missing ( Yes I have been to a doctor but all they want to do is prescribe you “ medication “ for anxiety, especially when you just get it out of Nowhere and it’s not psychological, I wanted to figure out what my body needed and not go the prescription route ) Then I found it :) Took me one year to finally find the perfect product and this is it, it has other benefits of course and I overall recommend it to anyone just for overall health to take it daily.
