Very Comfortable
This worked great for relieving neck pain while at the salon and the suction cups worked and it didn't move. My stylist was very impressed with the sturdiness and quality too.

They changed the design and it sucks
The first time I bought it, it was great and fit in my shampoo bowl. The second time I bought it it is all bumpy and lumpy and it's not comfortable and I am going to throw it in the garbage. I don't know what they did to it, but it was way better the last time I bought it.

Very soft upgrade for my shampoo unit – clients notice the difference
I added this to one of my shampoo bowls in the salon and it immediately made a difference in client comfort. I’ve been behind the chair for decades, and I’ve tried a lot of neck cushions that either slide, absorb too much water, or just don’t hold up — this one actually works. It stays in place during the service, feels very soft against the neck, and cleans easily between guests. Several clients have commented that it feels more comfortable than the standard bowl edge. For salon owners looking for a simple upgrade that improves the shampoo experience, this has been worth it for me.

Comfortable but not universal
Not super universal but extremely comfortable. It’s meant for small, thin lipped shampoo bowls so it hasn’t got any shampoo bowl I’ve tried it on. The “U” shape is very steep and the width is also pretty thin. But again so extremely comfortable

Good concept, but didn’t work for me for daily use.
I love the concept of this cushion, soft silicone filling, my clients always feel rested and relaxed while the shampoo service or scalp treatment. But it is pretty thick and everyone gets up soaking wet, the water sits on it and runs down their back. I stopped using it for now, but kept it in case of some client has neck issue and I can use it on them.
