My 5 year old grand son can barely pull it back to launch the arrows, but he's getting the hang of it and it is awesome!! Seems like it wouldn't be hard, as is is really easy for an adult to use, but it is harder for the youngsters than I thought. It is designed for older children, but I used this a long time ago and found it to be awesome, so I put it in my cart for over 5 years. Finally, when my grandson was barely old enough to try it, I finally ordered it. I have as much fun as he does using it, and the whistling arrows are pretty sweet. It shoots easily 250ft in the air. High enough for me to worry about the wind taking it to unintended landing zones. But this is truly one of the coolest toys for a young child who likes to shoot things.

These are amazing. fun for kids, and maybe even more fun for adults. great quality, very durable and almost no metal parts. also perfect for play at the water because almost no metal parts at all (just a couple screws i think) i have gotten these in the lake and have no rust. we had a battle on paddle boards because the arrows float (not sure about the bows). The bands and arrows are very durable. They don't hurt much to get shot. but they can leave slight bruises, from close range, on the average person. those who bruise easily these can make very large bruises that last for 1-2 weeks and turn purple around the area. DON'T LET THAT TURN YOU AWAY. these are SO FUN, just make sure to get consent before you shoot them at a person. the whistle of the arrows lets you know they're coming and the suspense of where its going to land is quite a thrill.

Got this for my son but I also enjoy shooting this. Going to buy more so we can have some epic bow battles.

Ok, I may be biased here, but this is my 2nd time getting these. Holy cow the range is sick. Lil kids may struggle to shoot these, but encourage practice. I had some really well used darts I didn't care about, tapped a glow stick to them for epic night fun! My kids have most definitely been shot with these, my husband has played a dramatic death scene...multiple times. A tennis court is a great place to have a battle or an empty playground...just don't forget to count your darts and find them later 😂. The darts take a heck of a beating and just don't quit, shot at rocks, textured walls, never pulled apart. Never bruised, but I also enforce restraint at close range shooting. Pretty safe. The size worked for a 6yr old to an adult, lil hard to pull at first, but worked into it really quick. Large pack was good and plenty of darts for a battle, honestly this pack plus another bow and I still had too many darts, value pack!

This boy and arrow ensemble is well designed and easy for young kids to use. The arrows make a whirling sound as they come down. They go very high and is exciting to retrieve. You need a big field to play in or a park. The arrows are brightly colored so easy to find. Doesn’t hurt when you get hit as the arrow has a soft foam. Still, wear safety goggles. Very happy Used by 6 and 8 year old

This thing is awesome. We have a few of them now and they get a lot of use. Admittedly, we've sacrificed a few arrows to the dogs who are just mental for chasing down these soaring/whistling foam things. They fly pretty great for a toy! Now, we mostly play some sort of golf game... you know? Like, fewset shots to hit a specific target that's 350 yards away... you shoot 3 or 4 times and then choose a new target... and so on... it gets... 'competitive'... to say the least.. Absolutely recommend this bad boy; great toy!

Bought this for my son’s friend as a gift… And he absolutely loves it! Get them off the tablets and at the park to have fun!!
