What's the difference between this product and acrylic flow improver?

it seems thinker than flow improver.

Can it be used for painting wax candles

As it is used instead of water to thin down the paint I cant see any reason why it should not be used for wax candles as it is the same structure of the paint, but without the colour.

Can this item be used on fabric painting

I do not know. You probably know it is to make the acrylic paint blend. If you can use the acrylic on fabric I cannot see why this would not work. Best of luck

Is this product the same or similar to deco art brusn n blend? i want to try and paint flowers using folk art techniques. thanks.
