I LOVE This Faucet!
I absolutely love this faucet! The pull out hose is great for cleaning fruits and vegetables, washing dishes and cleaning the sink! When you switch from stream to spray, you can adjust how hard the spray is and you can move the faucet head to be as close or as far away as you need it to be. (Keep in mind that the switch from stream to spray is regulated by water pressure. So, you can't turn the water down to a trickle and expect the spray to stay on.) You can have it turned on pretty low though. We have to turn ours on about 1/4" of the way to full open before we can get the spray to stay on. But that is just about perfect for the spray pressure when you want it soft, and it works great! It is very easy to install, looks great, and works great! The reflex works wonderfully. If you need the pull out extension to be short for a single basin sink or long for a deep well double basin sink, it works either way. You decide how long you want it to be. The faucet comes with a weight that you simply clip on the pull out hose under the sink, which determines how far you can pull the faucet out and how far back it reflexes. The only caution I have for you on this is that if your sink plumbing is a mess, like mine, the hose and weight will hang up on it. If you don't fix it, this will render the faucet extension useless. There is an easy fix though! We simply used an old piece of cheap poster board and some painters tape to make a channel along the back wall of the sink cabinet for the weighted hose to slide up and down. By containing it in the makeshift channel, it can't hang up on the other plumbing and it works amazingly. My only other caution is for people who are replacing a 3 hole faucet. This faucet is much shorter than the old faucets were. There is only 3-1/2 to 4" total length on either side from the center hole on the trim kit. So, you can easily change your plumbing set up for a single hole installation, but the trim kit may not cover your old holes. We just used the single hole faucet assembly (without the trim kit). We put it in the hole that was best for reaching both sink basins and then bought 2 cheap 2 inch hole cover blanks to cover the old holes. You can spend $20 or more each for hole cover to match the faucet, but we just used cheap plastic hole covers and it looks fine. We installed one of these for my mom over a year ago. It is still looks and works like new! It was so nice, that when our old faucet crapped out a few months ago, we decided to get this one, too! And as an added bonus, it was actually $50 cheaper than the non-reflex (pull out) version. And it's Moen, so it has a lifetime warranty! Highly recommend!

Well-made
Very easy to install and works smoothly. Good quality. The hardest part is getting the old junk out.

Attractive, functional - a winner for me
I've had Moen faucets in my house since I moved in 12 years ago, and they've worked great the whole time. I wanted to get one for my kitchen with an integrated pull down sprayer, and I'm happy that I picked this one. It's worked great for me. The video just provides a quick view of the faucet and some of the features. I hope it helps with your decision. Overall, I'm happy with this and have no real complaints. It looks nice and functions well, and I really like the added height of this model compared to my older faucet. It makes cleaning pots and pans a lot easier. Some quick things to note: - The handle can be positioned anywhere, as there are no set locations. So, you can have it on either side or anywhere in between. Very handy. - The pull down spout has a switch that lets you toggle between a stream and a spray, and you can hold the switch in to stop the flow of water. - Installation will be easier if there are two people because there's nothing to keep the faucet from falling over before the retaining nut is tightened from the bottom. I managed it, but it did fall over on me once. Also, because there are no features to set the clocking of the handle, and because tightening the retaining nut will cause the fixture to spin, having a second person to hold it in place would be helpful. - The hose connected to the pull down spout has a weight that you attach under your sink to pull the spout back into place when you let go. Because of where my pipes run under my sink, the weight clunks against them when I pull the spout down. The location of the weight is adjustable, but I wasn't able to completely avoid the pipes. It's just something to consider, but you may not have that issue, and I still like it even though it happens to me. I recommend Moen as a brand, and I think this model is worth your consideration. UPDATE 01/21/2013: Hi, everyone. After buying and installing this faucet, I was given the amazing privilege of being able to try out the Motionsense version in chrome, the Moen 7594EC , as part of the Vine program. I also did a video review for that one, and I wrote up my thoughts about the two different versions. I figure that you might be trying to decide between the two versions like I was last October, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask in a comment.

Five stars for use, beauty, no fingerprints... four stars because supply line split at 4 years and flooded my cabinet
I bought this to go in a new kitchen exactly four years ago. Terrific faucet, very convenient to use. The light touch control handle allows you to use the back of your hand if it is dirty to turn on the faucet. Our only complaint is with the US government that is now designing all our products, and is forcing the manufacturers to bury deep inside them the flow restrictors. As if you are going to use less water in that quart batch of whatever, just because the water comes out slower. It only costs America, and the world since American products set the standard, billions of productive hours each year. Even with the annoyance of not being able to access the flow restrictor because it is deep in the body of the faucet, it was a five star faucet until yesterday. It became a four star faucet when the supply hose split and poured water under our brand new cabinets and onto the floor. Moen customer service suggested tightening the cartridge nut, 1) snap off the hole cover on the bottom of the lever handle, 2) use a small mirror to note the odd angle required ... about 40 degrees toward the faucet, not straight up... used smallest allen wrench in my set to loosen and remove the handle. Then use a 13/16 inch socket if you have one, or vice grips or adjustable wrench to tighten the cartridge nut underneath. That did not solve my problem. I then discovered that my supply hose had split. It is great that the replacement hose is coming to me free, but we need our kitchen sink before then, and because parts are free from Moen, NO ONE SELLS ANY OF THEIR PARTS. So my first try at temporarily sealing the hose was silicone "repair tape" from HD or Lowes that stretchy wraps the hole, made for just this, almost, application! The tape has to have a smooth pipe to seal against and the stainless steel mesh was passing the water. Dried with hair dryer, covered the hole and 2 inches either way with silicone adhesive, wrapped with silicone repair tape, cured with hair dryer and set overnight. Temp fix complete! The hose replacement appears to be a clever snap in, but I intend to order a second, backup hose, and will leave the basket there just in case. This is still a five star faucet in use, and a failure at only four years makes it a four star overall. YMMV

I love this faucet
I installed it myself. Yup, I'm female, have no training as a plumber, and am no spring chicken but I had zero problem installing this faucet. The instructions were clear and concise. It took 4.5 hours to remove the old faucet because of an unusual connector for which I could find no videos or even pictures online. (Many Words of Power were said, and I got a black eye from dropping the huge crescent wrench on my brow during the operation.) I had to yank the whole sink to see how to disconnect the faucet. However, it only took about 30 minutes to install the new one – including the time to gather tools and to read each step again as I proceeded. It was very straightforward and easy peasey. I waited to review this faucet because of the previous reviews complaining about leaks, stuck buttons, excessive splashing, etc. I took a chance and ordered one anyway, and I am very glad I did. * I have had zero leaks. I'm not a plumber, but I am pretty handy and can read (and follow) instructions. My faucet does not leak. Period. * Someone commented that their Power Boost button sticks. Once I engage mine, it stays "on" until I shut off the water. As soon as the water is cut, the Power Boost button cheerfully pops up again. This seems like a feature rather than a problem, but that's just my opinion as I have seen no documentation on the subject. * Someone complained about water splashing more than usual with this faucet. On mine, the steady aerated stream only splashes if I turn on the Power Boost and put the "pulldown wand" extremely close to the object I'm watering. In other words, I have to work at making it splash. If, however, I am using the spray mode, especially in Power Boost mode, the water can splash, but every faucet I've ever used seemed to have the propensity to splash in spray mode. Anyway, I personally haven't found splashing to be an issue with this faucet. * I really like the Spot Resist Stainless matte finish. It is indeed spot resistant. * I love the goose neck. I can easily fill my ginormous pressure cooker IN the sink. I couldn't do that with my old faucet. * I love the replaceable cartridge in the handle. I bought this style because of the design failure in the previous faucet; it wasn't repairable. * I love the Lifetime Limited Warranty. * I love how beautiful AND functional it is.

Attractive, versatile faucet
The retractable hose is very smooth to pull forward into the sink and it glides back nicely when you are finished.

High quality and excellent customer care
Fantastic quality and excellent customer service. I purchased this faucet about a year ago. It was extremely easy to install (easier if you have help but you can install by yourself). The quality is very good and the finish holds up to high usage. I can’t say enough about Moen customer service. I had a slight issue with the set screw and they immediately sent new parts. I’d highly recommend this faucet.
