Self assembly which takes verty long time as everything has to be cut out of paper
Unless you are a keen assembler, do not buy this house. It arrives flatpacked so you have to build it all by yourself which is not easy as everything is tiny and made of paper.

I'm only on day 3 of the building, I'm finding it easy to follow the instructions and build, some parts are tiny the use of tweezers is handy. Overall I'm captived by this build. Children definitely need to be helped. No dust cover was in the box.

Great present for teenage daughter, she has really enjoyed completing the project and instructions are easy to follow. Would recommend!

Started making these with the small bedroom version. Thoroughly enjoyed it. And ordered this one from the same company again. I have to comment on the quality of materials not appearing as good in this package. The glue is not rubbish and very frustrating. Better of with PVA glue! And the wooden parts appear weaker. Had no trouble on the last package but parts in this one are warped or bent making construction more difficult. However a great little project

Really difficult to understand the instructions,they’re not clear and there’s a lot of things that you have to make out of card or paper.I have made a miniature house before of a different make(which was great)but won’t buy this make again,it’s too fiddly with paper(broke a few).
