By far the cheapest way to buy if you use an ultrasound at home.
With 'dodgy knees', as yet with no real diagnosis even via private medicine, a 1MHz ultrasound (as well as TENS/Interferential) machine became a must have to ease the pain. This gel works out at a fraction of the price of buying manufacturers' original gel and works perfectly for me (should last me well over a year!).
