Looooove this product. As a newer addition into my supplement routine, I have already seen such improvements in my daily energy. As someone who is always on the go, between work, social, or personal activity, I used to get very easily worn out, but since trying this product, I have felt so much more energized and awake during my everyday activities. I feel like I am able to get so much more done in a day now, and it has thus improved my mood on a daily basis. I absolutely recommend this specific product.

Ancient Bliss’s Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) comes with Bioperine (black pepper) as an added bonus to improve absorption. I have been taking ALA (or even in its better form “R”-Lipoic Acid) for many years for its purported benefits, namely: (i) lowering cholesterol, (ii) improving glucose control, (iii) lowering blood pressure, (iv) improving cognitive function and antioxidant properties. ALA is a potent and very versatile antioxidant as it is water and fat soluble. Unfortunately, the human body’s production of ALA decreases with age, reason why supplementation may be appropriate. I have even witnessed a close relative of mine in an advanced stage of dementia become much more interactive (i.e., less lethargic) after taking ALA. I take 600mg of ALA per day at dinner. While I like the distributor Ancient Bliss’s attention to quality control through its internal (and apparently) thorough process, I would still recommend the distributor to have this product tested by an accredited third-party lab for purity and content, which is a wise way to build credibility, and which has now become industry’s best practice.

I have not noticed any improvement in my loss of taste, which is what I was taking these for. So I don't know if there was ay other benefit internally. That said, these capsules are easy to swallow. No adverse reactions or negative side effects

I have purchased a great amount of products from this company. I was very pleased with much about it. However, the last two times- I have had multiple pills empty and broken when I opened it. This was very disappointing .
