This is a wonderful hat. It fits very nicely and is so comfortable to wear. Sun was kept off of my face and neck. Would definitely recommend this sun hat.

I feel like I'm wearing a Kasa with a tail in this. Great price! Very lightweight fabric and features well thought out. The brim is enormous compared to my Tilley's but just enough to see out from under AND block a low sun. The brow is a bit thin and maybe will not soak up the sweat raining off my dome. Otherwise, comfortable. The light grey is closer to white, which is what I wanted to hold the heat buildup down to a minimum. Universal fit and with an adjustable chin strap AND adjustable headband, thus universal fit. The dome fits snugly against your skull. Not sure I like or dislike that yet. Too early to say much about how well made and longevity or what effects a few washing machine exposures will do to it. I need back of neck sun protection and ventilation around my sweaty scalp and hopefully this will do, otherwise I will mod this to have a solar cell/battery and fan combo. Originally I was shopping for a cheep sun hat with solar powered fans, but those just blow on your face and cost 4x as much. My face is fine! It's my bare dome that pours sweat under a hat, which leaves me seeking nirvana...skin protection from the sun AND sufficient dome ventilation to evaporate perspiration thus cooling the scalp.

Great fishing hat on cold mornings or hot summer days. Removable snap on front mouth covering. Great coverage from the sun if you have eye issues. Protects the sun on your neck. Also great coverage for walking in drizzle or if it starts raining hard. Top of head ventilation. Material is thin but very durable. Washes up nicely. Chin strap is great so wind doesn’t blow it away. For is adjustable for head size. In the winter, wear a snow cap underneath and get protection from falling snow. You can’t go wrong with this hat. Gray color matches any clothing.

Likes: + Great for hot, sunny hikes. Good coverage sure kept my head and neck cool and shaded even on shade-less trails. Keeping cool helped me conserve water too, which helped me endure long, rigorous trails. + Light. + Sturdy enough. Had and used for a few months now. No signs of wear nor tear. + I like the cute, simple design. Monochromatic gray scheme. + Good protection from heat stroke for long outdoor sunny days. Non-likes: - Due to the wide surface area, it catches a lot of wind. A medium breeze can easily blow this hat right off your head if you don't secure the strap on. - Terrible for playing pickleball. You need full range of motion for your smashes and drives, but the extra wide brim on this hat will get in the way of your swings.

This is a nice hat. Just what I need to keep the sun off of my ears shoulders and neck. Good quality material and lightweight. A huge choice of colors. Great for fishing. No more sunburn for me.

I picked up this sun hat because I wanted solid sun protection without slathering on sunscreen, and it delivers exactly that. The wide brim and neck flap provide great coverage, keeping the sun off my face and neck effectively. Fit & Comfort The hat fits me well and doesn’t feel too tight or too loose. It’s lightweight and breathable, so I never feel overly hot or sweaty while wearing it. Even on warm days, it doesn’t trap heat, which is a big plus. Sun Protection This hat does its job well—I can stay out in the sun without worrying about sunburns, and best of all, I don’t have to rely on sunscreen. If you’re someone who prefers avoiding chemicals on your skin, this is a great alternative. Durability & Wind Resistance The material isn’t the heaviest-duty I’ve seen, but I have no concerns about durability. However, the wind does like to catch it, so if you’re in a breezy area, you might want to secure it with a chin strap or something similar. Final Thoughts For the price, this is a great sun hat. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and provides excellent protection without making me feel overheated. While it could use better wind resistance, I’d still highly recommend it—especially over sunscreen.

Great coverage for sun protection, with plenty of ventilation to minimize sweating. I used this on an orienteering exercise in an area with a lot of sun exposure. Hours later and no sunburn on my face or neck. The fit is too large for me, sitting on my eyebrows, so it is unlikely I will wear it again.

Excellent value for the money. This is a well made hat. I wish the back wasn’t so long. It fit my big head.

Comfortable as can be. I have long hair, I braid it in the back and that makes my already larger than most head, hard to fit with hats. This hat fits me perfectly and I can pull my braid/ponytail out the back if I want. It’s breathable so it doesn’t overheat my skull when I’m working in the garden and the flap keeps the sun from beating down on my neck. The extra wide front brim keeps the glare out of my eyes. So glad I bought two!

Big fitting even when adjusted so if windy the hat lifts off. Peak was creased and cannot straighten out. Not a flattering look. It does however protect the back of the neck.
