It's confusing how there are several products listed so I want to make this clear, I am ONLY reviewing the N-A-G. Jarrow products are a bit more expensive then others but that's because they work so well. This was one of the first products of Jarrow's I tried. After seeing or rather feeling results in a couple of days they won me over. I don't take N-A-G everyday. There are a lot of herbs and vitamins I don't take as "directed" I take as my body requires. I am blessed with a system that is very reactive to anything I take. I can tell exactly what it's doing and how. The good and the bad. And that is why I don't take N-A-G daily. I take it "as needed." When my hands, and knee start to act up is when I take N-A-G. If I'm feeling a bit backed up, I'll take it as well. I generally take one pill for about three days and I'm sorted till I overdo things. These "pills" are a big bigger than a say an Aleeve. So if you have problems swallowing you may have issues with the size.
