Good spice
I bought this because it was called for by brand for a bean salad I was making. Delicious. It's spicy in a good way without being too hot. It's a big bottle, it will last me a long time

One of the best spice mix to make Chicken Tikka and masala sauce
Best in flavor, but a bit high in food coloring, and low in salt. So, ignore the deep color, add salt as needed to compensate. Mix with the much spicier NATIONAL brand and you get a nearly ideal spice mix to make any punjabi style meat tikkas, or very authentic tikka-masala sauce.

Fabulous product
I have tried at least 15 other Tandoori masala products and this one stands out, hands down! Great flavor, superb coloring (i hope the color is natural) and totally amazing tasting food once you cook in it. I used it to cook a lot of vegetable dishes as well, including cauliflower, long gourd, mirchi ka saalan, arbi masala, cord on the cob in a thick masala, all types of vindaloo, tandoori on the grill (google the recipes)

One and only Tandoori Spice!
I have tried many over the counter tandoori spices but this is the best so far. I use this spice every time to make chicken tandoori. It tastes great and even the color.
