Careful if you have IBS or anything like this.
If you have IBS or anything bowel related, don't use these. Well I wouldn't anyway. (well I did, but here's the story) They give you terrible pains. Unlike me, I thought I needed a rocket, so I ordered one. After about 8 hours or more. rocket safely landed. So they work no matter how bad you're constipated. Easy to take, no aftertaste. Only 3 star because of the pain I err endured. ;)

Great relief from constipation
If you suffer from constipation these are the best that clean you out and really make you feel better if taken at bedtime . Cramps tummy but that tells you they are started to work just be near a bathroom you will feel so much better. Not to take every day but I use 2 once a week and they help me a lot.
