This product is life-changing to me! I love this product so much! It is well made, beautiful (I have the wooden handles that match my wooden toilet seat) and works extremely well, plus easy to install. It is dependable and sturdy. I am a big-bodied person and it still works great. I love how the handles go up and down for ease of use. I so did not want this to look medical and it does not! I like the look of this so much, I call it my airline seat. I smile every time I see it. This is important to me: when there are medical issues, I want something that looks elegant, not hospital-style, something that I trust (handles so sturdy and take a lot of weight) and that fits into my home decor and makes me feel special. Thank you for this beautiful design and its strength and durability.

I purchased this for our salon bathroom as we have many physically challenged clients. I have been praised for the installation of this product as it is helpful to everyone. It was easy to put together and install and I have recommended it to many of our clients for family members

Works well for a small person. Installation was easy enough, however washers sent did not fit correctly. Fortunately, we are from a handy family and had multiple sizes of washers in the garage and was able to install. Sturdy and heavy duty. Update: After a few days of use one of the arms does not stay in the up position.

Easy to install. Doesn’t move. Great for after surgery or anyone that needs the extra help getting up from a low toilet. Handles move out of the way if not needed. Installed this in my home for when company comes over that needs them.

It did not come with washers or the caps. Husband had to go out and buy washers.

Lacked instructions and components/screws did not function as "pictured"!

This review is for an identical previous product. I installed this for when a friend comes to visit. I did not want it to look medical but it had to be sturdy because she is very fearful of anything new. I had a bit of a time with the screws but watched videos and consulted with fastener guy from Lowe's. I reinstalled the arms twice because first time I did not notice that one swung out of the way and the other one didn't.. Directions were worthless but finished project looks amazing! I'm a 73 year old woman who is recovering from a stroke so it was empowering and good therapy.

Must have for elderly or disabled. Best is that handles lift out of the way. Strong.

This safety rail system doesn't fit one piece toilets without some major modifications to the base plate. I had to cut away 1 inch off the back of steel plate to fit it to the flat surface. It then I had to grind it smooth and repainted so it wouldn't rust. Next the fastening plug system wouldn't fit in the seat bolts holes in the porcelain so I had to buy stainless-steel bolts to fasten the seat and plate to the toilet. In total I spent 2.5 hrs to fit it to the toilet. if you don't have the tools don't buy it. With that said its very sturdy and if you have a 2 piece toilet it would be easier.
