The sound quality is brilliant and far superior to the previous "bruised, boned..." DVD and also features far better material from the Blessed Hellride and Mafia cd releases. The highlights come later in the show with In this River, Fire it up and Spoke in the wheel being my particular favourites they are all extended and improve upon the cd release versions (the sign of a truely great live performance). To be honest its all about the guitar playing Zakk absolutlely shreds throughout the show any guitarist will be inspired by his virtuoso playing technique.In addition to all the usual flashness We are also treated to the brilliant acoustic part of the set which includes Diary of a Madman and Mama I'm comin home. The second DVD is not quite as inspiring however consisting mainly of the usual backstage footage in which Zakk doesnt come off so well seeming to dominate the band at points particularly before the Astoria show. But you do get a genuine insight into his personality and philosophy, basically his "wont take s**t from anybody" attitude and his firm belief in family combine to make a brutal yet caring person. To sum it up watch the 1st DVD and be amazed and the 2nd to judge the man for yourself. Review: Cheap for a second hand 2 DVD's - Sound is Loud with the DTS 5.1. Good Picture and Sound Quality. Awesome dvd. I originally borrowed it off a friend but just had to buy it. On arrival it was in perfect condition.

Huge BLS fan, but unsure if miming!?
I have loved BLS from day one and have been a musician myself for a very long time so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to sound/tone etc. In regards to the below review, I must admit I have to agree that even though it is very unlikely that Zakk would ever mime, he seems to be doing it on the DVD! Words seem to be slightly out of sink and the sound just doesn't seem right. Not sure! What do you think? Still love them though!

Le "drunkovision" proposé par le DVD rend très difficile le visionnage de ce dernier. Les bonus ne sont pas intéressants. La couverture est de très mauvais goût. Bon moment cependant lors de "graveyard junkie" où un jeune fan prend la guitare pour lâcher un gros solo face à Catanese !

È uno dei più bei concerti che abbia mai visto, se avesse aggiunto qualche canzone di "the blessed hellride" o di "mafia" sarebbe stato perfetto... chiaramente a gusto personale..

Mein 'Vorbewerter' hat (meiner Meinung nach)diese DVD sehr gut und auch detailliert beschrieben.Klasse Teil für den Kurs !! Wer richtig abrocken will und auf korrekte Biker-Mucke steht macht nix verkehrt.Geile Band,geiler Gittarrero,geiler Sound,geile 'Optik',nix zu meckern,Party.... Aber: Ein Punkt Abzug für die Bedienung ALLER (!) Klischees die es nur geben kann... Ein permanent rotzender,biertrinkender,böse dreinschauender,hinterher seine Verstärker ins Publikum schmeißender Zakk...(Bier is schon O.K. keine Frage, aber...hier halt sehr überzogen). Am meisten nervt mich als Musiker, da ich als Fan der ersten Stunde die original Signiture Les Paul (Bulleye) von Zakk besitze,die ständige Wechselei aller (?) Signiture Moddelle die es zur Zeit vom Meister zu kaufen gibt.Der Kommerz lebt... Fast wie 'ne Modenschau...Cheers.
