Body Armour lite drinks are my favorite hydration drinks when doing yard work, or just a regular workout. They are all delicious. They don't have added sugars, and they are low calorie. Each flavor smells and tastes great. They go down smooth.

I really like this flavor, it’s probably my favorite. I prefer these drinks over any other “sport” drinks, such as Gatorade, Powerade, etc. because of the better quality ingredients and the lack of dye. I do think that buying them in bulk should come with a better price tag, though. I can get these for $1 per drink at the store down the road from me, but sometimes they only have a few in stock at a time, so if I need a lot on hand, I’ll order them this way. I am breastfeeding and I notice a big difference in my supply when I consume these regularly, which is great. I love the low sugar content and how there are not any artificial sweeteners in it, as those usually leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I love the bottle design, it doesn’t ever leak, and it has a wide mouth on it for those days when you are sweating your butt off and need to chug something to bring your electrolytes back up. They settle gently on your stomach and are overall a great product. I couldn’t recommend these more. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I think they could be priced a little cheaper since buying in bulk usually comes with a discount compared to buying individually.
