The reason I’m giving this product a 5 stars is because I believe it is a good product at an affordable price. The benefits of green tea are many, from a faster metabolism to antioxidants and even brain health (according to some sources). However, in order to get these benefits, you need to get the correct amounts of EGCG and polyphenols. With this product, you can get the amounts of EGCG and polyphenols you need to get the benefits from green tea (if you were to drink green tea, you would need to drink 4 or more cups to reach this level, and make sure it is brewed at the right temperature). In addition, this tea extract has vitamin C, which helps with your immune system. You get all this at a very good price. Depending on how you take it, one bottle can last from 60 to 120 days, and you only pay about 22 dollars, which is like 11 a month, a pretty good deal. Being a person who has not a lot of money, and who isn’t a fan of brewing and preparing tea, and rushing to the bathroom for drinking too much tea to get the benefits, I chose this product. In addition, I give it 5 stars because of the friendly costumer service. I’ve ordered this product multiple times and I have never had any problem receiving it, and if I did, I’m sure the staff would solve the problem in a timely manner. But I repeat: no problems so far while ordering the product. Now, that said, I would like to add that there is no a magic pill. This is a great supplement, and it does what it supposes to: IT SUPPLEMENTS. Do not rely completely on it. If you take it for weight loss, don’t expect it to work wonders if you don’t put your part an exercise and eat healthy. Instead, combine this green tea extract with a healthy diet and exercise. I do, and so far it has been working for me: I feel more endurance while working out and (knock on wood) haven’t been sick on a long time. Also, keep in mind that sometimes less is more. I repeat, DON’T rely completely on this product. It is not a magic pill and taking more than the recommended dosage will not give you faster or better benefits. In fact, some studies show that high doses (I mean really, really high) of EGCG could be (although more evidence is necessary for this) linked to some health side effects (you can look this up). For that reason I recommend you follow the guidelines of this product, and read the its label, and above all, talk to your doctor. Everyone is different, and everyone has different goals, so it makes sense that everyone needs a different dosage to achieve their desired benefits. Talking to a doctor will definitely help you taking the best advantages of this product.

Love this. Gives you enery and no coffee rush

Very nice product. It gives me a good energy boost without the jitters, and also suppress's my appetite. So no sluggish days, and no junk food snacking in-between meals. I normally take one in the morning and one mid to late afternoon. I would not recommend taking any in the evening unless you work a night shift. Overall it's a solid product if you're looking for the natural benefits of green tea in an easy to take capsule.

Good value for the money. I just take one a day and I do notice a little in my energy/focus throughout the day. I just decided to take these due to the health benefits of green tea. They have definitely curbed my appetite. They are easy to swallow.

Have taken 2 capsules regularly for 2 months but no weight loss at all despite eating healthily and doing mild exercise. Improves my energy levels to some extent for a few hours. Will continue to take it due to other known health benefits.
