Nicely made and easy to use, you can't ask for more
With it's combination of large rotary dial and touch screen panel it's so simple to use that even a man, those creatures who are not renowned for reading instruction manuals, and I was no exception, can use it. Nicely made and for a domestic appliance it looks very nice in my kitchen.

Lets Hope It last as long as my last Bosch Washing Machine ( 20 Years )
I have not had this washing machine for very long but my initial thoughts are positive. My last Bosch Max lasted 20 years so whilst I have extended the warranty to 5 years at a cost of £89 I would hope that it gives a similar level of service. The controls are similar, though having an electronic system, leaves it open to more issues than a manual control. I will have to see over time if it was a good purchase.

Washing piling up. V expensive mistake.
Brand new machine. Has never worked apart from 10 minutes on “test”. Needs “new motor & spare parts”. Poor customer service from Bosch & abysmal service from Amazon Hughes Direct.

Bought this after reading the Which report. Never seen a machine that spins so fast. The cloths come out practically dry
