Delivered on time in sensible size box, was easy and quick to assemble legs which seem very sturdy and solid. Ideal size for burning paper items and is good value for the money. Have had one of these previously lasted few years only rusted as I left it in the rain during winter. Good quality would recommend

This is a great little bin and it’s amazing how much you can burn in it It doesn’t take up too much space like the big burner it’s plenty enough for getting rid of junk letters it’s a great buy and it’s been used when it decided to rain after being lit and it still carries on burning so very pleased with it This can be stored in the shed too thank you very happy no damage on arrival.

DIsappointed with delivery ordered as next day but took 3. Incinerator though is just what I needed for burning personal paperwork. It is the size of a waste paper bin. Really impressed.

Customer Service was excellent and a replacement was sent straight away after Hermes lost the first order. It arrived undamaged and seems sturdy enough for what I want, even though it is extremely lightweight. I'm using it to shred confidential paperwork as I don't want cross cut shredded paper distributed across the area by the local binmen. It works very well. When the flames had died down a bit, I used BBQ tongs to safely take the hot lid off to add more paper. The incinerator could do with a rack at the base to let the ashes drop through. It seemed to work ok though and the tiny amount of cinders produced from the mass of paper have gone into my compost heap. The flames did come out of the top of the chimney and there was smoke, but not too bad once it got going. I used it on my patio which has paving flags, so the heat was distributed. The legs keep it well clear of the ground, so it wasn't an issue, but I wouldn't use it directly on a grassy area. The galvanised coating went dull as soon as it heated up and I'm keeping it somewhere dry as I suspect it will probably rust quite quickly otherwise. It should last me a while. I like it.
