my go to. i drink this every day with my creatine. the flavor is just like orange juice. within a half hour my bloating is gone and i feel relief. the smell is so refreshing as well. i think this is a great value compared to other products on teh market like thorne which is very expensive. but when it comes to health its worth it 100%. i will say that it does change the color of your pee so do not be alarmed.

I actually came across this because of an body building influencer (I know🫠 but it wasn’t sponsored so I was like wth) TMI but I’ve always had issues with constipation due to the amount of protein I have to eat everyday for weight training, and it’s been a whole different battle trying different things to see if they work for my body. Eating extra fiber and probiotic supplements actually doesn’t work well for me, it actually makes it worse. I’ve spent so much money trying different green powders, prebiotic/probiotic blends, mushroom powders, etc, and they never really did much for me. The only thing that has worked for me is this surprisingly. It’s good quality, doesn’t have a bunch of artificial ingredients (other than sucralose but I can live with that), and the taste isn’t bad either. It doesn’t taste like orange juice, more like a sweeter, knock off Tang, but it’s not bad. It mixes well but there are going to be orange/red sediment on the bottom (but you won’t feel granules in your mouth), I just shake it a little before every sip. It says to mix 1 scoop into 8-12oz of water, I usually use 12-14 because of how sweet it is. I also add in 1-1 1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (w the mother) into it even though it already has some in it for extra benefits. I drink it on an empty stomach every morning and I can feel it churning in my stomach but not in a bad way lol I don’t think I sense a difference in my energy levels, but I do feel less bloated after I drink it before eating breakfast. If you have issues w constipation like me, I’d give it a try. I think it works better for me with the extra apple cider vinegar added, eating a ripe avocado with my breakfast (for soluble and non-soluble fiber) and I also either drink half a bottle of kombucha or a cup of kefir a day for more natural prebiotics/probiotics. I don’t wanna say that this alone has changed my life or anything, but the combination of everything definitely has. Worth the money for me for sure

Love the way this tastes. I bought it to help with bloating and indigestion. Only had it for one day, but I can definitely drink the suggested servings everyday. I used 12 oz of water for one scoop and it tastes like Sunny D. Has a slight “diet drink” after taste but not nearly as strong.

Have been purchasing this product for over a year without issue. Received order and was sealed but entire packing was covered in powder from the product. The powder does not look how it usually does. It is extremely yellow almost like Tang. And even tastes like tang. I cannot return it as I already opened and used it. Either it is defective or they use a different recipe, or the product was switched with something else. Even the scoop changed. Would have appreciated a heads up of the recipe changed. I will need to find another brand.

I’ve used this product for a while and overall I really like it, which is why I’m still giving four stars. However, the color has recently changed, and unfortunately it now makes my body look like it’s expelling chemicals, which is a bit unsettling. Additionally, my last two orders arrived opened and not sealed. When I reached out, the company would not accept them back, which was disappointing from a quality-control and customer service standpoint. I still believe in the product itself and hope these issues are addressed moving forward, because with better packaging and consistency, it could easily be a five-star experience.
