I’m in love! This steamer is fantastic! I have 3 cats, a dog and two grown men in my home and keeping up with the floors was a nightmare! The water tank is easy to fill and replace. There are three steam levels, which heat very quickly! Performance has been steady for each setting, and the steam output on the highest is perfect for my needs. The pads are easily removable and washable. It takes a little oomph to get it around the corners, but is otherwise easy to manage.

I am in love with this steam mop. I have used others in the past, but this one blows the others out of the water. So easy to set up, attach the pads, fill with water, turn it on, and push the head down. Watch it go! heads spin and propel the mop while I steer it. So quick and easy. Floors are clean and sanitized with steam. No harsh chemicals. The only thing that I would change is the length of the cord. For my situation, I need to move the plug to get all areas, but not a big deal.

this is a pretty amazing piece of kit. Fill up with water, plug it in wiat a bit for it to heat up and then it does an amazing job of cleaning up. Got rid of a lot of tough stuff that had been spilled on my kitchen floor. I have a back injury and hard scrubbing or traditional mopping are not a thing for me. This took care of everything for me. Simple to assemble, easier to use. Make sure to get the extra pad (separate order). It works great!

I’ve used several floor cleaners over the years, from traditional mops to more expensive electric scrubbers, but this Shark Steam Mop is the most efficient solution I’ve found for a busy household. I have mainly wood flooring and ceramic tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. The Standouts: • Speed: It actually heats up in about 30 seconds. I would buy this again. In fact I have! I bought one for an elderly family member who was having a hard time pushing a mop back and forth (along with all the other daily chores in life). And this made a "daunting" task much easier. After seeing how much he loved it and how it just made moping so effortless, I got one for myself, not that I needed it but I liked how it made me excited about mopping. Ahh it's the little things! It gives a nice deep clean without all the manual labor. Its so easy to manuver I can hold it with a finger and it does the work for me. Just point and it goes. (Now I dont do that the entire time I'm using it, but you get the point.) It uses distilled water which is normal for steam machines and I can do an entire room on level three with a full tank or do three rooms on level one, more or less. The cord length is generous. I like that it has lights in the lower front to help show the dirt and that the lights are easy on the eyes because they're not in your direct line of sight. That was smart and great for light sensitive people. I like that im using less chemicals in my house to clean since its just steam, but it works so well to get up stuff a vacuum can't. Because it's steam it takes a little while to dry the floors so I plan my route to where I'm ending at a couch or another room that I don't need to do so I can hang out and do things like amazon reviews while it dries. And there will be swirl marks as you mop but they go away once it dries. I'm planning on getting another set of the washable pads so I can separate kitchen, bath, living room etc. It seems to be well made. It's definitely worth the money spent. It's a perfect gift for an elderly person, anyone who needs to take it easy on their body or anyone who wants to deep clean with ease. I bet the kids would even start mopping with this thing. I'd say it's totally worth it. Give yourself a break and get it, or even gift it.

Can’t believe I used to use a Swiffer. This thing is a game changer. Never ever going back to regular mopping. My floors are spotless, even managed to removed paint specs from when our apartment had been fresh painted. It’s such an incredible tool to use and so easy to hit one button. Takes about 20 seconds to steam up and then it’s off to deep cleaning. The floor feels quite hot after as you step over recently cleaned spots so it seems to be doing the trick with the steam.

We’ve been using this about once a week for the past couple months and so far we are very satisfied! Works excellent on our hardwood floors and shines them up nicely! So far it works perfect and a lot better than our prior shark steam mop!! We’ve had no leakage, no breakage, and absolutely no problems with this brand and style. (With the previous flat ended steam mop version, the hose between the main component and flat head broke several times.) This has not been a problem at all with this dual headed stream mop!! It has adjustable steam settings and can be used on our tile, linoleum, and hardwood floors!! it is also very lightweight so easy to use on stairs or to bring it from one floor to the next!

What a scam. I bought the steamer and it wasn't working properly. It was shutting off every 5 minutes. When I was trying to return i hand to pay for shipping to send it back. What a BS.

Bought in February… the steam part is broken and does not heat anymore.

Easy to use , great product quick mop time saver , good cleaning very effective. Will recommend to family and friends

Shark Steam & Scub is a good bit of equipment. Only criticism is that it had an American plug on it and should have come with a USA to UK adapter.

This is my second one of these and won’t be buying a third!! Great when it’s not broken however The spinning function stopped working 1 day after 3 months of having it, so can’t return it! Very annoying and such a waste of money.
