I got back in the gym at a little bit before I started taking this and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in strength. The taste honestly is not bad, just tastes like medicine really. Wasn’t effective for me
Very terrible taste . Used for 2 weeks and didn’t notice anything other than it changes how foods taste for the whole day

help a little, but in my case the appetite-boosting effect was not very strong.
However, it didn’t significantly increase my appetite as much as I expected. I was hoping it would make me want to eat more throughout the day, but the effect was mild for me. It may work better for others depending on their body and metabolism.

Taste is not good
Let me be the voice of reason for a lot of folks here. This product does NOT taste good. I saw a few reviews saying this product "doesn't taste bad" which is just a silly thing to say. This tastes like iron and whatever other minerals they put in there however it does increase my appetite so I can't complain too much. Your results may vary.
