This athletic tape is great!! It sticks well and stays in place. I tried a different brand and the second it got wet, it would peel. As a want to be athlete, I need the support even when it rains or gets wet. Thank you for a durable, functional, healing tape that I LOVE! I have forever found my tape!!

I’m currently using this for shoulder support playing disc golf. Tape holds quite well (I’ve used the blue and black tape.) Made the mistake of applying tape after a shower once. Being wet made the adhesive too strong and had some raw places after removing the tape. Never had the problem with applying while dry before or after.

Great buy, good quality. Very helpful for easing all muscle and joint pains. Would likely buy again.

I have been using this stuff for many many months now and overall I really like it. I use it for two main purposes: Face taping (works amazingly well) and taping my knees for stability (this is where there are issues). The black tapes seems to hold great for many days, the pink tape does not-the edges and sides start peeling up after just one day and it does not hold as well bc when I peel it off it lifts easily, the black tape takes much more effort and might leave a little adhesive residue behind. SOOOO... I use pink for my face, zero issue and the black for my knees-zero issue. Great price for this much product so I will continue to buy.

I’ve been using this tape for a few months and it has held up well. I run almost daily and it stays in place until I remove it. I’ve also showered with it without any problems. The only downside is that it can leave some residue after removal.

The first time I tried these strips, I got all sweaty and the tape came off fairly quickly. Then I read the instructions and realized you need to rub it into your skin upon application. It sticks no matter how much I sweat now that I applied it correctly! I blew out my knee yesterday playing in a pickleball tournament and I taped it up with this product and was able to complete my gold winning match! I also use it on my elbow for tennis elbow and it provides a lot of support. It is a high quality product.

Good tape for the price! I had trouble with knee pain toward the end of my marathon training and bought some to get me through the last couple of weeks of training and the race. It is VERY sticky, even if you wear for a couple of days before removing. So be aware of that, I still have marks on my legs from the tape that won’t go away. I haven’t worn the tape in over 3 months. Also noticed it frays at the edges and takes a very long time for the adhesive to come off your legs after removal even if you use alcohol prep pads. Which is why I gave it 3 stars. It did help with the knee pain while running and got me through the race, but don’t know if I’d buy again.

I was a bit skeptical about using non-name brand (have had issues in the past), but this one.....totally worked! The durability, strength, and adhesiveness have exactly the same effectiveness as thee KT brand itself. Pleasantly surprised with the comfort material and the ability to bend and move in pretty much any direction. I work retail and play sports - this kept up with me during sweaty workouts, work in general, showers, you name it (used it to tape up a sprained knee and pulled hamstring). It stayed on for 4 days before I peeled it off to see doc, and then reapplied it. Great support, very effective.

I was worried by the 1 star reviews where people said they had skin irritation and other issues from this. But I have very sensitive skin and have had no issues at all. The adhesive is great and will last through sweating and a shower, easily lasts 12 hours. Will pull out baby hairs lol I've been using on my foot and it gives me arch support all day walking around in work boots.

Utilisé pour hernie discale et problème genoux. Par contre attention aux peaux sensibles, j ai fait une allergie du à la bande dans le dos aux bouts de 2 jours. Je ne vais donc l Utilisé qu une demi journée.

Magical! I don’t know how tape can help with joint issues, but the stuff really works and it stays on and doesn’t roll up, great product
